Activity 2 Exploring NWU Identity

1. In 150 words or less, as a person what is your vision and mission after 5 years?

Mission:
To cultivate a socially responsible and civic-minded youth population, fostering
active participation in nation-building and instilling values of patriotism,
community service, and ethical leadership.

Vision:
Empowered and engaged youth as the driving force behind a more just, equitable,
and sustainable society, contributing to national development and global peace
through their commitment to civic duty, community service, and the principles of
good governance.

2. In 150 words or less, do you think NSTP will help you to achieve your vision and
mission? Why or why not?

Yes, the mission to cultivate a socially responsible and civic-minded youth


population can be achieved through National Service Training Program.

3. I believe that the National Service Training Program will help me to:

Develop socially responsible and civically engaged young citizens who are
committed to the betterment of their communities and their nation.
