    2023 BRIGADA ESKWELA NARRATIVE AND
    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
    DATE: AUGUST 14-19, 2023
    TIME: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    THEME: “Bayanihan Para Sa MATATAG Na Paaralan”

    The Department of Education conducted this year’s Brigada Eskwela which had
    the theme “Bayanihan Para sa Matatag na Paaralan”, on August 14-19, 2023 where all
    education stakeholders contributed their time, effort and resources in ensuring that the
    facilities are ready in time for the school opening.

    On the first day of the Brigada Eskwela, I was not able to join the kick-off parade
    since I was tasked on the attendance of all participants involved. We started as early as
    6 o’clock in the morning in assisting the participants have their signature for the
    attendance.

    On the second day, we had a meeting with the Brigada coordinator and all of us
    were given different tasks. I was assigned in Advocacy and Marketing Committee. I
    posted pictures and videos on my Facebook and Tiktok page about the activities
    happened during the BE as part of our task with the permission of our coordinator. I
    also gave flyers to the people passing by in our school for them to be informed and
    encouraged to join the Brigada activity. I also helped my fellow teachers in computing
    the time allotted in the school of the teachers.

    On the 4th and 5th day of Brigada, we went to the rooms of the grade 5 & 6
    teachers to do the inventory of all the donations they received.
