Subject: Prohibition of Motor Vehicle Entry to Campus without SANHS
Stickers

1. This office wishes to inform all concerned of an important update regarding motor
vehicle entry and parking within the San Agustin National High School (SANHS)
campus.

2. Effective September 18, 2023, and by the Barangay Ordinance, it is hereby


mandated that motor vehicles without valid SANHS stickers will be prohibited from
entering the SANHS campus premises. Additionally, motor vehicles will not be
allowed to park in front of the school's facade.

3. To ensure a smooth transition and compliance with this new policy, this office has
outlined the following procedures:
a. Obtaining SANHS Stickers: Learners who wish to obtain SANHS stickers
for their vehicles must apply for them at the office of the School Principal.
b. Application Period: The application period for SANHS stickers will be from
September 12, 2023, to September 14, 2023. No applications will be
accepted after this period.
c. Requirements: To apply for a SANHS sticker, prepare the following
documents:
i. Photocopy of the learner's driver's license
ii. Photocopy of the vehicle's certificate of registration
iii. Completed application form (available at the School Principal's
office)
d. Processing Time: Stickers will be processed and issued to applicants
promptly. Stickers will be released on Friday, September 15, 2023.
e. Display of Stickers: Once obtained, the SANHS sticker must be
prominently displayed on the vehicle's front mudguard as proof of
authorization for campus entry and parking.
f. Prohibition: Motor vehicles without valid SANHS stickers will not be allowed
entry to the SANHS campus. They will also not be permitted to park in front
of the school facade.

4. This office understands that this new policy may require some adjustment. Still, it
is essential for the safety and security of the learners and the efficient management
of the campus facilities.
