In inviting a reference to your Letter No 14382, dated 16.11.2021 on the subject cited
above, I am directed to say that your office have forwarded one proposal seeking renewal of
admission card in Form ‘D’ in respect of 34 staffs of PH Building Maintenance Section
running in Secretariat premises, which creates confusion whether they are all Government
employees.
It is, therefore, requested to furnish a clarification and justification in this regard to
