ACTIVITY PLAN
Title of the Activity: “SRCB Club Launching"            
Date/Time: September 15, 2023 / 2:30pm          

Venue: Assumption Audi-Gym, St. Rita’s College of Balingasag

Proponent of the Activity: Samafil Club

I. INTRODUCTION:

Knowledge about our Filipino culture and heritage should be spread specially to
the modern-day youth. Though with various social issues that we face today, most of
which includes social boundaries and lack of education, it became a difficult job to teach
many of our fellow youngsters about our Filipino literature and history. Samafil facilitator
are trained students who lead discussion sessions in the environment. In line with this,
the Samafil Club Moderator organizes club orientation to inform the new members
about the clubs’ duties & responsibilities.

II. OBJECTIVES

1) Foster closer ties among Filipino students;


2) encourage better understanding and cooperation with SRCB students and student
groups;
3) promote the interest of the Filipino students;
4) provide resource and information on the Philippines, its culture and its people;
5) Engage in activities that will enhance the attainment of the intellectual and social
objectives of the Filipino students; and
6) Being involved in the club launch will allow you to discover new opportunities.
7) To establish teamwork among all club members by working together to ensure the
success of the activity.
        

III. ACTIVITIES:

Club Chant – all members should create a chant in accordance with the club and
present it to the crowd within 2 minutes.
Club Registration – students who can’t decide yet on what club to join will be given
time to register.
