Profile Summary

 1 Years of experience into End to End recruitment Life cycle in IT Industry.


 Experience in handling end to end recruitment life cycle process from Sourcing
profiles for Contractual and Permanent positions, screening them, negotiating
rates /salary, and follow-ups with candidates until they join.
 Understand Job requirements of the clients and source candidates through various
sources viz. Internet sourcing using Job Portals such as – Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn
and referrals etc., there by quickly presenting the profiles on time.
 Gained rich experience in finding out matching resumes for client's complex
Technical requirements and thereby interviewing the candidates over phone,
understand their skill set, comfort ability towards the requirement, communication
skill, check their availability and thereby negotiating rates /salary with them.
 Follow-up with short-listed candidates from Hiring Managers, checking their
availability for telephonic and face to face interview scheduling it and doing
coordination with Managers. Once done with the interview, collect feedback from
the client.

Role & Responsibilities

 Detailed analysis of JD to understand client’s requirement.


 Sourcing and screening the profiles from various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn
Monster.Com & References.
 Briefing the Shortlisted Candidates about the Job Profile, Package, Organization, etc.
 Scheduling Telephonic and F2F Interviews for the Shortlisted Candidates and also
Sending Interview Call Letters to the Shortlisted Candidates.
 Follow up with the Candidates till they complete all the rounds of interview.
 Follow up with the Selected Candidates till they join to the Particular Requirement
of the Client.
 Maintaining Systematic Database of all Candidates
 Handle various clients and their Requirements Simultaneously.
 Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for C2H & permanent position with
multiple skill sets.
 Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates technical skills, communication
skills, experience based on clients requirement, relocation preferences.
Understanding technical requirements and sourcing right candidates for the right

searches and research.

Sales, Profit, People Promoting and executing the same with team Management.

Profit and Loss

 Making the plans to achieve the targets of Profits and progress of the targets will be
reviewed every day.
 P & L’s are made every month starting and during Mid-month to know the progress
of profit and to make plans to cover the deficit by month end.
 Proper projections are taken to order the products for store operations, daily,
weekly and monthly inventories are conducted accurately and purchase tallying
will be done to control the stat loss.
 Keeping the track of controllable like Food cost, labour, Maintenance cost and
utilities making plans to achieve the targets of the controllable.
 Proper planning will be done and tasks are delegated among the Management team
to monitor the progress.
