P & L’s are made every month starting and during Mid-month to know the progress
of profit and to make plans to cover the deficit by month end.
Proper projections are taken to order the products for store operations, daily,
weekly and monthly inventories are conducted accurately and purchase tallying
will be done to control the stat loss.
Keeping the track of controllable like Food cost, labour, Maintenance cost and
utilities making plans to achieve the targets of the controllable.
Proper planning will be done and tasks are delegated among the Management team
to monitor the progress.
