OFFER LETTER Date: 25 May 2023 Reference No. QPI/L/OL-2023-115 To: LUIS ALBERTO JR SAMSON HIDALGO QID No. 27160806603 Dear Sir, We are pleased to offer you employment at QPi Trading & Contracting for the position General Manager. We feel that your skills and experience will be an asset to our company. Your expected starting date is 1 month from the date of this offer. We will be offering you the following compensation and benefits; Position 5 General Manager Basic Salary : QAR 15,000.00 Housing Allowance | QAR 5,000.00 Overtime 5 ‘Above 8 hours work is considered overtime with pay, as per Qatar Labor Law Working Hours : 8 Hours Annual Ticket ; ‘Two-way ticket upon completion of One year contract EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT 1.1 Period of agreement will be Z years commencing from date of signing of contract. 1.2 The first 3 months of employment will be considered to be a probation period. 1.3 This agreement reflects the stipulation of the State of Qatar Labor Law and is governed by the clauses therein. Annual Leave Entitlements 1.4 You shall be granted for 21. working days paid leave per annum, which may be availed. after completion of 1 year. 1.5 As per Qatar Labor Law, you shall be eligible for an end of service benefit of 21days basic salary per annum after the completion of minimum one-year service. Sick Leave 1.6 You will be entitled with sick leave days as per Qatar Labor Law. Must provide medical sick leave. Notice Period 1.7 As per Qatar Labor Law, employment may be terminated by either party giving one- month notice.
