Teacher's Guide

This document outlines activities for students to reflect on common new year's resolutions and set goals for the upcoming year. In Session 1, students work in groups to list and rank typical resolutions like diet/exercise, reading more, learning new skills, and volunteering. They then act out resolutions assigned by the facilitator. In Session 2, students watch recap videos of 2022 events and take time to reflect on the past year, things they'd like to change, hopes for the new year, and goals to achieve success in 2023. The goal is for students to develop the right mindset for self-improvement and goal-setting at the start of a new calendar year.
