Direction: Write a short essay about the information of technology and cite some
examples. (Minimum of 100 words)
Nowadays, everything is easily to reach since technology makes it

easier to get the information we want or to get a call from our love ones,
family or to someone who is far away, we can make contact with individuals
by doing a video call.
In addition to that, with technology, we can connect with thousands of

people, and share our information worldwide quicker in just a minute.
Moreover, we can also buy necessities online, like for example shopee,
lazada and etc, while just sitting in the room. People shall be thankful to all of
these developments because they can already gather information and use it
to easily comply with their needs.
Lastly, technology is transforming the world in this way to its greatest

benefit. As a result, sharing information becomes significantly simpler,
quicker, less expensive, and more enjoyable. In conclusion, it really has
improved comfort and reduced time commitment, which now has improved
the world.
 ANALYSIS
1. What would have happened to humankind if technology did not exist?
- In my opinion, if the technology did not exist, the humankind would
not remained to be advanced, because in today’s living would really
be incomplete without gadgets, internet or any websites, since we
all inhabit to use cellphones to reach out to people who are far
away. If these gadgets didn’t exist, we might not have been able to
contact them quickly.
2. Do you agree on the idea that technology should only be seen as one of the
approaches in perceiving truth?
- I think I don’t agree on the idea that technology should only be seen
as one of the approaches in perceiving truth because a person
having control over its emotions can tell the truth without the use of
any technology.
3. How can you say that science and technology has already reached its
boundaries over religion?
- I can say that science and technology has already reached its
boundaries over religion which has given to some important
scientific discoveries that many scientific discoveries were not
directly related to religion, but religion did play a role in
development of technology and change in societal perception.
 ABSTRACTION
1. Science is said to illuminate the way and guide the people to the correct
path, but is there a possibility that we can be blinded by it if we use it
improperly? How? Cite an example.
- There is a possibility that we can be blinded by it if we use it
improperly in which people indicated significantly fewer concerns
regarding the personal impact of technology. For example, if
someone going to spend 10-12 hours in front of a computer. We all
never seem to get a break.
2. If technology is not properly used and managed by people, what will happen
afterwards?
- It can caused social issues by which it’s a problem that has wide-
ranging effects on a society. It is a set of issues that are common in
today’s society and many people work to fix. It commonly occurs
from factors that go beyond person’s control.

1. What motivates you to conduct the said interview?

- I think my sympathy and curiosity to know their childhood
experience of how they communicate the individuals and what
technology devices they are using during middle age which
motivates me to conduct this interview.
2. Is this activity beneficial to you?

- For me, this activity is beneficial in order for me to be more
knowledgeable on how humanity became more complex and by this
I gained consciousness on their way of revealing in modern
technology.
3. How does this activity promote awareness about the true essence of science
and technology as way of revealing the truth?
- It distinguished between calculative and meditative thinking. Where
calculative thinking puts a system to a nature so it can be
understood better and controlled and calculative thinking reveal
itself to him/her without forcing it.
 REFLECTION
The essence of science and technology is we are better able to see poetic in
reality. It leads us away from calculative thinking and towards meditative
thinking.
Advancement in technology provides technology that is normally thought of as

that which solves problems.
Interviewing promotes questioning that we build a way to understand.

YOU’RE REALIZATION
I have learned that people live easier with technology, develop the skills of
people and make the people enjoy seeing what feature of technology may
cause to the lives of people.
I have realized that the changes that happened in society not just in terms of
culture, language, or rights but more importantly, changes in people’s way of
life due to the existence of science and technology.
I will use my learning to challenge for people in the field of science and
technology to make these technology more accessible and less confusing for
people who are as young anymore.
