provide better arc starts, less spatter and
more consistent welds, while lasting up to
three times longer than most brands.
Rotate to create new wear
Threaded nozzle keeps contact tip centered surfaces and extend tip life
for better weld placement and less spatter.
Holds tips fixed at 1/4" or 1/8" recess, flush, or
1/8" stick out.

Composite insulator extends life and

withstands heat abuse.

Centerfire HD Consumables
are designed for shipbuilding, trailer fabrication
and other heavy manufacturing operations. These
heavy-duty nozzles feature an easily removable
and replaceable nozzle cone (the most frequently
damaged part of the nozzle), thicker walls and a
new, high temperature insulator.

Simplify parts management and improve performance by converting all of your MIG Conversion Installation
guns to Centerfire Contact Tips, Nozzles and Diffusers. Find your MIG gun make and 1. Install conversion adapter (if required).
model on the left, then follow the chart to the right for parts needed to upgrade. 2. Install insulator cap over conversion adapter.
