"A RESOLUTION OF USING INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR IN CLASS"

WHEREAS, Regional Order no. 07, s. 2018 dated November 13,2018 entitled “Basic
Guidelines In The Development Of Learners’ Discipline Manual”;
WHEREAS, DepEd O
WHEREAS, Division Memo No. 629, s. 2022 that reiterates and reactivates the
National Observance of the Filipino Values Month in November of every year;
WHEREAS, the value and behavior of the Filipinos are well-known for being firmly
ingrained in our history, traditions, and customs;
WHEREAS, the Grade 9 STE Officers and students,
WHEREAS, instilling and promoting these core values, Maka-Diyos, Makatao,
Makakalikasan, at Makabansa among the Filipino youth and future generations will
contribute to our personal and professional development, as well as the overall
progress of our nation;
WHEREAS, designating a month specifically dedicated to highlighting and promoting
Filipino values will serve as a reminder of the importance of these values in our daily
lives and encourage the practice and preservation of Filipino values;
WHEREAS, building a community based on Filipino values can be a wonderful way
to foster a strong sense of belonging, unity, and cooperation among its members.
Filipino culture is rich in values that emphasize faith, the importance of family,
respect for elders, hospitality, community spirit, harmony, and solidarity.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED on the
motion of Classroom Auditor Gwen Bianca A. Badiang and duly seconded by Aira B.
Delos Santos, the resolution of using inappropriate behavior in class.
1. That in April 21, 2023 will be the start of listing names when doing
inappropriate behavior such as speaking bad words etc.

2. That only in class hours will


a. Values Formation and Feeding Program at Habag Elementary School,
kindergarten pupils.
b. Values Formation Lecture: Core Values – PSMS Zeboim P Genoring
c. Parade of Filipino Values (by section)
d. Bible Quiz Trivia every Flag Ceremony

Proceedings:

 The meeting started with a prayer by Mechaela B. Ebol,


classroom Vice President.
 The meeting was led by Lavena F. Rurac, classroom
President.
SALIENT FEATURES OF DISCUSSION
A. Attire for the Acquaintance Party
 The classroom President discussed about the attire for
the acquaintance party.
 She relayed the information from the SSG that the
attire for the party will be Korean Themed.
 The vice President showed different pictures about
Korean themed outfits.
B. King and Queen participant
 The committee discussed the selection process for the
King and Queen of the party.
 It was decided that participants would nominate
candidates anonymously.
 Rheanblle Bongabong nominated Kelly’z Shennaide
Ariate, Anthony Genoring nominated Jonnafe
Cosmiano to be the grade 9 STE Queen representative.
 Gwen Badiang closed the nomination.
 Kelly’z Shennaide Ariate got 11 votes and Jonnafe
Cosmiano got 14 votes, therefore Jonnafe was choosen
to represent Grade 9 STE Queen Representative.
 Johanna Mea Quesaba nominated Dwayne Zarmaine
Torio, KC Grace Kindica nominated Keith Brandon
Gesto to be the grade 9 STE King representative.
 Dwayne Zarmaine Torio got 7 votes and Keith Brandon
Gesto got 18 votes, therefore Keith Brandon Gesto was
choosen to represent Grade 9 STE King representative.

C. Food Menu
 Classroom president, Lavena F. Rurac suggested
Samgyupsal and Cupcake to eat in the said event.
 Classroom Business Manager, Angel Niezl Mira
suggested Siomai and Pansit to eat in the said event.
 Classroom Auditor, Gwen Bianca Badiang suggested
Ube Cake as a dessert.
 Julia Ruth Semblante suggested Iced Tea and Fruit
Tea for drinks.

D. Contributions for Food


 Classroom Treasurer, Ghian Biancy Badiang suggested
that Php150.00 will be the amount for contribution.
 Everyone agreed that Php150.00 will be the amount for
contribution.
E. Committees
 Classroom Secretary, Eureka Lucie Thea Teves was
assigned for table skirting.
 Salvador Soliven, Anthony Genoring and Dwayne Torio
was assigned for tables and chair.
 Sheena Mae Todoc, Rheanblle Bongabong, Elaiza Jane
Ortuyo, Allyza Lalaine Robillos and Lyziah Queen Aba-
a was assigned for the design and set up of the food
and drinks.
