The document contains results from a least squares regression analysis with wage as the dependent variable and IQ and other variables as predictors. The regression results show that IQ is a statistically significant predictor of wage, such that a one unit increase in IQ leads to an increase in wages. Additional regressions show that being male also has a statistically significant impact on increasing wages. The interpretations provided analyze the regression results and relationships between the variables.

Interpretation:

The results of the least squares analysis indicate that C is not significant but IQ is significant
predictors of wage.IQ (beta) is statistically significant, with a t-statistic of 9.93 and a probability of
0.0000. it shows that any change in IQ will cause 8.30 times change in wages.

Interpretation:

The results of the least squares regression analysis show that when all other variables are held
constant, there is a positive relationship between the wage and IQ, It also show that when a person
has zero IQ and he is not male his wages will be 224.84 and when a person is male and his IQ is zero
his wages will be 722.88. and there is one unit increase in his IQ his wages will 5.07 times increases.

The results of the least squares regression show that constant is insignificant so we cannot interpret
dummies effect on intercept. It also shows that when there is one unit change in IQ then there will 2.80
time change occur in wages.
