System Update downloads software, driver and BIOS updates from a Lenovo server directly
over the Internet without requiring specific user knowledge of where the package is
located or if it is needed by the target system.

Software requirements
=====================
The following operating systems are supported:
- Microsoft Windows 7
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Microsoft Windows 11
Under Windows 7
---------------------------
1. Click Start, then click Start Search.
2. Type systemupdate507-2021-09-22.exe in the search field, then
click Search Everywhere. This will locate the file you just
downloaded.
3. Double-click the executable icon. You might see a dialog
stating "A program needs your permission to continue". If
you see this dialog, click Continue.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
Considerations
==============
System Update is qualified and supported on Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11. System
Update is not qualified and supported on Windows 8/8.1.
If End User decides to install System Update on Windows 8/8.1 it may work without issue
and may be used as is but Lenovo makes no representations about this and has not tested
such installation and such installation would not be supported. If having System Update is
important to End User Lenovo recommends changing to a Windows version where it is
qualified and supported.
