    WAIVER OF RIGHTS
    That I, GAUDENCIO SORIANO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and resident of
    Amangbangan, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, after having been duly sworn to in
    accordance with law hereby depose and say:

    That I am the tenant of a certain parcel of land owned by PRESCILA PAYAS


    SANTOS which is more particularly described as follows to wit:

    “A parcel of land located at Amangbangan, Alaminos City, Pangasinan,


    designated as lot no. 13; containing an area of fifteen thousand five hundred forty-one
    (15,541) square meters. Declared under Tax Declaration No. 2018-04-00745. Covered by
    Transfer Certificate of Title No. 027-2020000331;

    That I hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE, RELINGUISED and QUITCLAIM FOREVER, all


    my rights, interest, participation over the above described property under the condition
    that Prescila Payas Santos will pay for my expenses on the residential house that I have
    constructed on the said lot.

    That I executed this affidavit to attest to the truth of the above facts without
    having been coerced, intimidated, threatened or promised of any monetary reward.

    That I am the declared owner of a certain portion of land which is more


    particularly described as follows to wit:

    “A portion of land located at Poblacion, Burgos, Pangasinan, containing an


    area of 105 square meters; designated as lot 15319”

    That we hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE, RELINGUISED and QUITCLAIM FOREVER, all


    our rights, interest, participation over the above described lot unto SPS. NOEL
    TOLENTINO and MARISSA TOLENTINO, of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and residents
    of Poblacion, Burgos, Pangasinan.

    That we have executed this affidavit to attest to the truth of the above facts
    without having been coerced, intimidated, threatened or promised of any monetary
