A client commissioned you to plan a Two (2) Storey residence located in Pampanga, to be built in an area of lot (to be sent through
gc). A minimum of two (2) meters setbacks will be provided on sides and rear part of the lot and a minimum of 3.00 meters setback on the
front part.
