The D. Q. Liwag National High School in Camarines Norte, Philippines is proposing an orientation project on Project WATCH to advocate for time consciousness and honesty among students. The orientation will educate students on the essence of Project WATCH and increase awareness of timeliness and honesty. Both face-to-face and virtual modalities will be used given pandemic conditions. The Supreme Student Government and school personnel will run the orientation with support from MOOE funds. The target participants are junior and senior high school students who are expected to renew their interests in applying time consciousness and honesty through small deeds.

To advocate the time consciousness and honesty specifically:
1. To orient the learners the essence of the Project WATCH
2. To increase awareness on the time consciousness and honesty among learners throughout their learning process
3. To renew the interest of each learner and motivate them to do small or big deeds applying the time consciousness
and honesty

5. Description/Component/Activities
Pursuant to the Presidential Declaration No. 1782 signed by Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in the City of
Manila, dated May 21, 2009. Project W.A.T.C.H. (We Advocate Time Consciousness and Honesty) is an advocacy
program jointly undertaken by JCI Senate Philippines, Department of Education, Commission on High Education,
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Philippines Association of Colleges and Universities ,
PAPSCU, PRISAA, and the Office of the Presidential Assistant for Education, to promote and undertake programs
that will instill the value of punctuality and honesty in all sectors society.

Since we are still in the middle of pandemic, two modalities of orientation to students will be conducted, the face-to-
face and the virtual Project WATCH Orientation.
