    1. This Office shall be conducting the annual implementation of the "BRIGADA


    ESKWELA (BE) PROGRAM ACTIVITIES" on August 14-19, 2023 with the theme
    "Bayanihari Para sa Matatag na Paaralan". The Division Brigada Eskwela Kick-off
    Program will be held on August 15, 2023 ('fuesday) at Guibuangan Central Schol
    from 8:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M hosted by the District of Barili 11.

    2. All District Offices are also encouraged to hold their kick-off ceremony in
    their respective areas after the division kick-off program.

    3. The objectives of this year's Brigada Eskwela implementation are as follow:

    a. Encourage volunteerism, public-private partnership, and concerted


    solidarity as a community in addressing challenges in public education;
    b. Promote public awareness and encourage involvement in Brigada
    Eskwela;
    c. Generate voluntary resources, both materials, manpower and or
    volunteer services; and

    d. Mobilize resources for Brigada Eskwela including this,deterfunation of the
    resources needed, partners to be tapped and volun££ers who will
    participate in the Brigada Eskwela.
    4. Participants in this activity are the Assistant Schools Division
    Superintendents, Division Management Committee, all Public Schools District
    Supervisors and one School Head per District and District Partnerships Focal
    Persons, and District of Barili 11 partners (LGU, NGOs and Private Individuals}.
    Requesting 3 Division Nurses to be at the venue to attend to some health concerns
    and observance of health protocols.

    5. AIL Public Schools District Supervisors, School Heads and District


    Partnerships Focal Persons are encouraged to bring materials such as paints and
    repair supplies that would contribute positively to the program.

    6. Food, snacks, venue, accommodation, tarpaulin, travel, advocacy shirt, and


    other incidental expenses incurred during this activity shall be charged against
    School MOOE/ Local School Funds while traveling expenses of the participants shall
    be chargeable against School MOOE/Local School Funds.

    7. Host district is advised to refer to the attached Memorandum from the


    Central Office for the sequence/flow of the Program.

    8. This Memorandum serves as the Authority to Travel of participants.

    9. Wide dissemination of the strict compliance with this Memorandum are


    hereby requested.
