BACKGROUND OF THE BUSINESS

Fishball are rounded meant balls from fish paste which are
then boiled or deep fried. Fish balls are popular in East and Southeast Asia.
Bola-bola is made of flour, which is the heart of banana was

used here, cut the banana heart in to the small piece first, then mix it into
flour. bola-bola is a Pinoy's own version.
Popcorn is also knowns as corn, which cames from Spanish

Maiz, a kind of a vegetable fruit, which can be cooked in a different type of
potage. Before you can make popcorn, remove it first the bone or wood of
corn, then it will be cooked in boiled out, this is usually made or sold of
Pinoy's, because it is easy to cook popcorn.
Buko juice is made up of water flavor is only need to make a
juice.

INTRODUCTION
The KT's Canteen is our trade name. KT's means katakam-

takam's, we got this trade name to represent the delicious product that we
are going to sell. The products that we are selling are fishball, bola-bola,
popcorn and also palamig. This are the product that we want to sell,
because we know that these products are the once, students like at Aparri
West National High School, faster and affordable to all the students, because
this is only 5 to 10 pesos.
To compute the profit, we need to list all the amount of money

that we used in our business. First, we need to buy all the ingredients that
we need in our product. We need also to list how many pieces were traded in
a day and how many were during the day, and also the list how much is left
and what we can sell here so we know how much profit we will make in that
day.

MARKET ANALYSIS
The students in Aparri West National High School, are the
customers, that we're targeting. KT'S Cabteen, the product that we are sell
is Fishball,bola-bola, popcorn and buko juice, this product is very delicious
than his love you. When you but it, you forget your name, like he forgot you.
The KT'S Cabteen is the simplest and cheapest canteen that

the customer or students can affordable and we believe that the product
that we're going to sell, run out quickly and the product price of each are:
Fishball - 5 pesos per cup, popcorn - 5 per pack, bola - bola - 1 pesos for 1
pc. and PALAMIG- - 5 pesos per cup.

The KT's Canteen products that the group int ends to sell are:
bola-bola, fishball, popcorn, and buko juice which students would love to
buy to at Aparri West National High School, because their product are
delicious and cheap and it is not impossible for students to like it.

BENEFITS OF THE BUSINESS
ENTREPRENEUR – The entrepreneurs will gain many benefits from this

business as it will help them to sharpen their thinking skills in calculating
money, increase their confidence by selling, and companionship. Another
important thing here is that the entrepreneurs will enjoy their work, because
they are all in this together, helping each other.
TEACHER - The KT's Canteen will also benefit the teachers as they will
experience a good service from the entrepreneurs. They might discover
hidden skills and talents of these entrepreneurs because of this task.
STUDENTS - The KT's canteen will also benefit the customers which are the
students as they will taste the delicious street foods and they will also learn
how to make their products too by watching the entrepreneurs cook. The
students will also learn how to do things if ever they create their own
business and above all, they will be inspired by the entrepreneurs.

The target market and customer of KT’s Canteen are the

students of Aparri West National High School. They will be the consumers of
our products during the school’s Intramurals 2022 on December 10 and 11.
