665 - 2009 Syllabus

This document outlines the course details for ELEN 665, an integrated CMOS RF circuits and systems course at Texas A&M University taught in Fall 2009. The course will cover the analysis and design of key RF building blocks like low noise amplifiers, mixers, filters, phase-locked loops, and power amplifiers. Grading will be based on laboratory work, homework, quizzes, a final project, and exams. The tentative schedule lists the topics to be covered each week, from an overview of communication basics to case studies of Bluetooth and RFID receivers.
