    VIII. Rationale:

    Adolescents Reproductive Health information dissemination plays a vital


    role in teenagers as their hormones gradually changes. Therefore, the
    teachers in Maculan Elementary School is taking initiative to orient and
    guide the pupils in these area.

    Reproductive health education informs the adolescent about the dangers


    of premarital sex, so as to be able to avoid such dangers and or play safe.
    Especially, it protects the adolescent’s girl from teenage pregnancy and
    its related problems, including but not limited to abortion, maternal
    mortality and so on.

    Adolescent health education also help the adolescent to maintain personal


    hygiene. It teaches them to take good care of their body and appear neat
    at all times.

    XI. OBJECTIVES:

    This activity aims to:

    a. enhance knowledge, understanding, about how importance is Adolescent


    reproductive health in education;
    b. define the benefits of reproductive health to the community itself; and
    c. develop the maintenance of personal hygiene and protection from teenage
    pregnancy specifically to the learners;
