Cementaid HPI Quality
Control Procedure
1. Cementaid Site Monitor will conduct inspection 1
to 2 days prior to HPI concrete placing and will use
Pouring Request Checklist and will check:
 Rebars & formworks installation
 Will install WATERSTOP
 Will make sure that the preparation follows HPI specs
2. During HPI concrete placing, Cementaid
Technician will:
 Check SLUMP
 Do Re-dosing of Hyperplasticiser to low slump HPI
concrete(if required)
 Monitor concrete placing and compaction
 Apply curing compound
 Make sure that placed HPI concrete will not be pre-
maturely loaded with construction materials(to prevent
cracks)

HPI System dosing procedure at the Batch Plant:

1. Reduce water content so that w/c < 0.36(for Roof) or <0.37 for
basement
2. Dose Cementaid anti-crack fiber to greatly reduce cracks caused
by other factors aside from concrete shrinkage(for superstructures)
3. Dose HPI together with batch water inside the Truck Mixer/Pan Mixer
