exclusive use of the Club to assess the general condition of the vessel at the time of the entry or
during the currency of the insurance period. The report is not intended to be a definite review of
the vessel’s condition, and nothing herein shall prejudice the Club’s right under the insurance
policy should a dispute arise between the Club and the member relating to the condition of the
vessel. Any and all parties interested in or affected by this report accept to be bound by these
terms.
