1. SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES
A. BASIS OF ACCOUNTING Financial Statements have been prepared under historical cost convention and are in line with the currently applicable laws as well as the guidelines issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. B. REVENUE RECOGNITION Revenue and Expenditure have been accounted for on accrual basis. C. FIXED ASSETS & DEPRECIATION Fixed Assets have been capitalized at cost inclusive of related expenses thereon. Depreciation is being charged at the rates methods specified in the Income Tax Act, 1961. D. INVENTORIES Closing Stock has been valued at cost or market price whichever is lower E. RETIREMENT BENEFIT Liabilities for Gratuity are not provided for in the Accounts, and are accounted for as and when it arises. F. CONTINGENT LIABILITIES Contingent Liabilities as per AS 26 are not provided for in the accounts are disclosed by way of notes.
2. Quantitative Information of opening stock, purchases, sale of services and
closing stock under convenient groupings cannot be furnished since it consists of numerous small and varied natures of items.
