Where are you spending your 168 hours each

We all have 168 hours in a week. Are you planning how to manage your time? This exercise will let you see wher
168 hours.

Follow the directions below:


> In column B, enter the number of hours you plan to spend on each item.
> In column C, enter the number of days you plan to spend on each item.
> The worksheet will calculate your total planned hours. You will also see the number at the top decrease, show
number of hours you have left in the week.
>There are 3 spaces at the bottom to add categories that may not be on the grid, but applicable to your plan.

MORNING ROUTINE: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week you spend getting ready each
morning.
EVENING ROUTINE: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week you spend getting ready for bed
each evening.

SLEEP: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that are devoted to sleep.

MEALS: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week you plan to spend on meal prep and eating.

FAMILY: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that are devoted to family.

KIDS: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that are devoted to kid's activities.

WORK: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that are devoted to work.

WORK COMMUTE: Enter the number of hours each day and number of days per week that you commute to work.

FACE-TO-FACE CLASS: Enter the number of hours each day and number of days per week that you are in class.

ONLINE CLASS: Enter the number of hours each day and number of days per week that you plan to spend in your
online classes (navigating course, submitting assignments, taking tests, etc.)
FACE-TO-FACE STUDY: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that you plan to read and
study for your face-to-face courses.
ONLINE STUDY: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week you plan to read and study for your
online courses.
SCHOOL COMMUTE: Enter the number of hours each day and number of days per week that you commute to
school.
EXERCISE: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that are devoted to exercise.
PET: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that are devoted to caring for pet(s).
ENTERTAINMENT: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that are spent on entertainment
(examples: watching TV, playing video games,,etc..)
SOCIAL MEDIA: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that are spent on social media.
INTERNET /CELL PHONE: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week that are spent on Internet
and/or cell phone.
BILLS & MONEY : Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week you spend on budgets, banking,
and bills.
ACTIVITIES: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week you spend on spend on extra activities
like church, gardening, etc.
ERRANDS: Enter number of hours each day and number of days per week you spend running errands. (examples:
grocery shopping, pharmacy)
