Background of the Study
The effectiveness of onion peel as a fertilizer is become widespread or
many are doing it.they wait and check their fertilizer.It accelerates the growth
or crops and flowers.It also helps to grow the business of people who sell the
flowers or plants because of its rapid growth.It also helps them to save on

The gardeners or the seedlings have already tested for their flower,
they like to use it because of the rapid growth of the plants.It also makes the
flower of the plant look beautiful and it looks very fresh and doesn't look
rushed.Fertilizers have become popular now so they are trying it art.
This fertilizer is a big deal because when you try it you can save
money.You can also turn it into a business or make money especially since it's
easy and cheap.We can't avoid buying fake fertilizer,so to be sure and not to
waste money,we will make it ourselves and majority have already tried it.
Statement of the Problem
The main object of this study is to know the effect of Onion peel.
1.) What are the positive effect of onion peel to eggplant treatment?
2.) Is there any difference in the structure of the eggplant leaves within
treatment or without treatment?
Definition of Terms
-Instead of using artificial fertilizer we use this onion peel in our school
garden as fertilizer.
CHAPTER II:
Allium Cepa- or simply known as onion is a bulbous herb that belongs to the
family alliaceae that is cultivated world hide.
Mos commcially cultivated onions are cultiveted from thin dark seeds
of the plant.
Onions is highly regarded and stored as pickles for its flavor and
nutritious values.
Onion are thought to have originated afghanistan/iran USSR are now
produced in more than 175 countries.
Onion has high dietary fiber and sugar content of about 90 percent
water.
And diet rich in vegetables has been identified as providing a number
two of the more prevented and relevant disease nowadays.
Onion is the most routinely used ingredient in indian cooking and also
one of the commonly cultivated and consumed vegetables globally.
However onion processing either at the household kitchen or industrial
level generates an ample amount of wash.
The present study was aimed at investigating the yield and yield
contributing traits in onion in order to generate information regarding
the extent of genetic variability, heritability and genetic advance. The
experiment was laid under randomized block design with three
replications at college of Horticulture, Dr Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi
Vidyapeeth, Akola, Maharashtra during Rabi season 2012-13 to
investigate the genetic variability among 21 genotypes. High degree of
variation was observed for all the characters studied. The difference
between phenotypic (PCV) and genotypic (GCV) coefficient of variation
was found to be narrow for most of the traits except bulb weight and
neck thickness. The GCV ranged from 4.82 (bulb diameter) to 14.60 per
cent (bulb weight) while PCV ranged from 5.72 (number of marketable
bulbs per plot) to 17.29 per cent (bulb weight) for the various characters
studied. The high estimates of heritability were found for all the
characters studied. Expected genetic advance over mean was observed
high for the characters viz yield per plot, bulb weight and number of
marketable bulb per plot. These characters are therefore governed by
additive gene effects. Selection on the basis of these characters will be
more useful for the improvement of this crop towards attaining higher
yield.During the process of breeding, the identification and selection of
genetically varied psarents have an immense significance for genetic
improvement through recombination breeding (Arunahalam, 1981).
Among genotypes the diversity reveals the closeness; the better
assortment of genotypes helps the plant breeder for strategic breeding
of hybridization .The economic traits in bulb yield in onion are polygenic
character influenced by the environmental factors, hence understanding
of genetic variability and magnitude of association of bulb yield with
yielding traits are highly essential for genetic improvement of bulb yield
through selection of better genotypes (Dod & Sharma, 2017).Therefore
the study on strategic improvement of onions aided with variance,
divergence and principal components analysis carried out for a better
understanding of genetic variability and diversity among

Research design
I used a descriptive experimental research design using the
experiment plan. It was used to determine the effectiveness pof onion
peel as as fertilizer.
Procedure;

palnts. Onion peels contain a high amount of notrigen, phosphorus,
and potassium, which are essential nutrients for plant growth. These
nutrients help plants to grow stronger produce more flowers and fruits
and resist diseases and pests
