Tutorial 3

1. This document contains tutorial problems on ordinary differential equations including: - Finding the radius of convergence of a power series. - Expressing logarithm and arctangent functions as power series. - Expressing solutions to homogeneous differential equations as power series. 2. It also involves determining the nature of singular points, verifying recursion formulas, finding indicial equations and their roots, and calculating Frobenius series solutions. 3. Several problems involve obtaining power series solutions to given differential equations and justifying the answers.
