Assignment F10 On LP Assignment Method-Largo, John Christian I.

The document describes a study conducted by The Fast-Food Lane to determine the best allocation of 4 part-time student crews to 4 service lanes based on their performance speeds. The speeds of each crew on each lane were recorded in a table. The table was manipulated in 3 steps to uncover the best allocation by minimizing differences in speeds across lanes. The final decision allocated Crew 1 to Lanes 1 and 4, Crew 2 to Lane 3, Crew 3 to Lanes 3 and 4, and Crew 4 to Lane 2.
