a. The project name: Online Salon Booking System


b. The project objectives:
• To investigate how to improve the customer service process at Jenifer Hair
Salon
• To design and develop an online salon booking system at Jenifer Hair Salon
• To automate the sales reporting at
Jenifer Hair Salon

c. The project scopes:


• User scope- booking, view service list, add to cart, and checkout
product • Staff scope- Manage appt and product.
• Admin scope- Manage manually the appt and product, manage page, and view
booking & sales report

d. The project methodology:


The Online Salon Booking System was created using the agile methodology
because it makes it simple to react to change and helps to improve the quality of
software with each release. By identifying customer needs and modifying the
system in accordance with those needs, the system con be tested after
development and still be able to solve the problem. The agile methodology also
lowers risk and saves money.

a. The project name: School Sports Equipment Borrowing system.


b. The project objectives:
• To staff register student profile in the online system
• To update all details borrowing activities by staff and allow admin to add slot
sports equipment in the website.
• To produce borrowing report for Admin and staff
c. The project scopes:
• For Staff: Easily register for students and login foupdate all details about the
borrowing activities.
• For Admin:Effiedently manage the Sports Equiment, keep track Borrowing
records from the system.
• System scope:
• The system will allow users to borrow different types of sports tools such as
balls,racket,protective gear, and other equipment.The system should able to
maintain a detailed inventory of each item,including its description,condition
and availability the system scope for a sports tool borrowing system should
cover the entire process of borrowing and returning sports tools, including
inventory management, reservation processing, notifications, reporting,
security, and payment processing
d. The project methodology:
The waterfall methodology is a project management approach used in software
development. It is a sequential design process that follows a linear, step-by-step
progression from conception to completion. The term
"waterfall" comes from the idea that each phase of the project flows downward like a
waterfall, with each stage dependent on the previous one.
