Hello,
I will be graduating from the University of East London with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. I be-
lieve that my education and previous management experience highly qualify for this position.
I had the opportunity to work with HR assistant and as a manager in Marks and Spencer. As a part of
management, I had experience with recruitment, training included health and safety, supervise and
monitoring team. Dealing with customers and facing retail pressure was a beneficial experience be-
cause I can cope with any kind of working environment. Also, as a manager my role allowed me to take a
decision day-to-day where I established sales and commerciality.
As a student I am highly ambitious and always strive to achieve best results with anything. I had an
experience with few projects where I establish my design investigation, technical studies and material
integration along with many critical situations where I learnt working in a group or individually. So, I am
flexible of few software which will be beneficial for such as Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup and Autocad.
Enclosed my resume for your review. I welcome the opportunity to discuss how my background and
skills will benefits and I am available to interview at any time. If you have any questions, please contact
with me.
Sincerely
RIDWAN SALMAN

DAY 5
Both Joanne and Ridwan were extremely helpful in their work experience week at Mace Interiors. They were punctual all week, had a
professional outlook, good communication, very willing to learn, confident and shared much enthusiasm to the tasks given.
They have both been involved in multiple elements throughout the week at two live construction projects for Millennium Capital
Management and a completed project site at TikTok, the tasks included Sample ordering, sample schedules, Information required
schedules, architectural drawings design reviews, 2no site inductions, 2no live construction site visits (PPE compliant), snagging lists
and a site visit to a recently completed project. All tasks given were done to the highest thorough standard and completed by the
end of the week.
Both were very attentive and interested when having talks from Project Manager Steve Bird, Construction Manager Sophie Patter-
son and Information Manager Monika Cooper.
I hope both Joanne and Ridwan enjoyed their week at Mace Interiors, learnt a lot and got out of the work experience everything they
were hoping to and was useful for their career progression.
Many thanks
