Meeting Type

▪ Update - There is already a user interface so that we can already start designing our

developed game. The logo is still being set up, and we already have the title. We

currently possess the color schemes and other artwork for our final project.

▪ Discussion - We have talked about the first step in our code. The elements that ought to

be a part of our game and the ones that should be removed because they are

superfluous. The color scheme is suitable, and tasks are distributed fairly based on our

skills. Despite our continuing talent gap, we are making every effort to finish this project.

▪ Decision - We made the decision to complete the tasks before the due date so that we

could still amend any mistakes and have our leader review them before turning them in

to our lecturer. The team members are excelling in the project, and we are developing

collectively. Our leader also made the decision to complete the interface designs so

that we would have a starting point. We'll decide on a time and date to meet and

discuss it by the end of next week as it has already been completed.

Goal

The team should be able to discuss about the requirements of the game. In addition,
the team should be able to understand the step by step process from logging in to closing a
transaction. The team should also decide for the color and font combination for the game’s
UI. During the meeting, the attendees should pinch in ideas and suggestions regarding the
topic that will be discussed. At the end of the meeting, the team members should have
understood the flow of the system.

Students may make their own decisions, solve difficulties, and take the lead during the design
process thanks to the authentic context that game design provides for learning.
Consequently, the team should be able to comprehend the system flow during our meetings
and gatherings. They need to develop a good eye for color, designs that appeal to your
target audience, and appropriate font usage. Attendance is required and expressing ideas is
extremely important. They should share their completed duties with the team and explain
them so that we can learn from what they know.
