time has shown that transportation may be immensely
advantageous to an economy for a variety of reasons,
including employment and the movement of people and

Organization (UNWTO) as "activities undertaken by
individuals or groups of individuals during their travels
and their stays in locations other than their usual living
space, which can take place over a shorter period than a
year and be for leisure, business, or other purposes.

Tourism is thus a sociocultural practice that is justifiable by the need to meet


the psychosocial requirements of rest, relaxation, travel, the discovery of
places and people, the development of new habits, interaction with others, and
the learning of new knowledge.

For the movement of people and goods, as well as for the growth of cities,
land transportation is crucial. The improvement of transportation
infrastructure has been driven by the expansion of tourism, which has been
facilitated by better facilities. The main purpose of the fundamentals of
tourism transportation is accessibility, with land travel serving as the
dominant mode for international travel. Land transportation is a crucial
component of the tourism sector since it is necessary to move a lot of people
quickly, efficiently, and affordably.
