VII. ANNEXE
Introduction
The parameters that influence pricing can be grouped into the radio characteristics of the anten -
nas to be installed, the mechanical characteristics, and the tower footprint.
Pricing is for the rental of space for a single antenna. The total cost is got by multiplying by the
number of antennas.
Pricing Parameters
A. Radio Characteristics of Antenna
Frequency or range of frequencies used
Polarisation of the antenna
Antenna azimuth and elevation
Radiation pattern (horizontal and vertical)
Isotropic gain
CAMTEL 2022 MOBILE CATALOGUE: OFFER FOR PROVIDERS HOLDING LICENCES AND DECLARATION RECEIPTS Page 13 of 20
a3=40 where S>=1 m² or C>=1000 N
• Parameter grouping the characteristics of the tower footprint, in particular the requested
height of the tower h (m), the linear occupation of the tower l (m), and the occupancy of the
cable tray.
En=bn.h²
b1=6 where l <=1m
b2=8 where 1<l<2m
b3=9 where l>=2m
Thus, the monthly cost of renting space on the tower for an antenna is gotten via the general
formula below:
C =ﻪi (Rj.Mk+En)
ﻪi : Coefficient pertaining to the category of the tower
5 =1 ﻪfor category A
5 =2 ﻪfor category B
5 =3 ﻪfor category C
