GENERAL INSTRUCTION TO PUC STUDENTS.

1. Students should compulsorily wear ID cards on all working days and


should produce them at the college gate before entering in to the college
campus.
2. ID cards should be worn by the students even while they are in the
classes, canteen or walking inside the campus.
3. ID cards should be produced whenever demanded by the college
authorities, faculty members and security persons or even by the faculty
of the other department of their campus.
4. Students should wear neat & clean dresses everyday while coming to
college. Boys should wear shoed everyday without fail and girls should
wear shoes on the days they wear the uniform.
5. Students should be totally disciplined while they are in the campus they
should maintain discipline and silence while they are inside the
academic block.
6. Students should produce leave letters , if they remain absent which
should be duly signed by the parents ,student counselor or the principal.
7. The college cash counter will be open only between 8:30 a.m to 4:00pm
from Monday to Friday and on Saturday between 8:30 a.m to 1.00pm.

8. Punctuality and regularity in attendance is always insisted upon in the


college. Students must process a minimum of 75% of attendance in all
subjects failing which he/she will not be permitted to appear for the
annual examination. Parents/guardians should visit the college once in
10 to 15 days in order to check the attendance & regularity of their
wards.
9. In view of the academic development, the students must attend all the
regular tests, assignments, term exams etc, conducted by the college
time to time. Parents should attend all parents-teacher meetings held by
the college and should discuss the academic progress of their wards
with the class teachers/Principal.
10.Students should not bring any outsiders/friends or relatives to the
college without the permission of the college authorities.
11.Damage to college property however small will not be condoned.
Student &, Parents should bear the expenses of the breakage if any.
12.Parents should furnish the correct phone number & postal address in the
college application form & any changes in the address or phone number
should immediately be brought to the notice of the college authorities.
13.Parents/ guardians should authorize (through an authorization letter) the
person whom they want to send to the college to collect the details of
the progress of their wards in case they cannot make it themselves
14.Students should utilize the facilities of the college as permitted by the
College, They should not demand for any changes in the facilities
/infrastructure. Students should not demand for any change in the
faculty or any staff belonging to the college.
15. Students should make the payment of college fees within the last date
as per the circular given by the college authorities.
16.Fees once paid to the college will not be refunded to the students
under any circumstances. If the student wants to discontinue the
course after admission, he/she should clear the whole course fees
before taking the original documents.

17.Any student who is found inside the college campus under the influence
of alcohol, drugs or any other form of intoxicating drugs will be
immediately handed over to the police and the admission of such
student will be cancelled with immediately effect without refund of
their fees.
18.Any student who is called for remedial classes need to attend those
classes without fail. If they fail to attend such classes, their hall tickets
will be withheld.
19.Students are to abide by all the rules & regulations, which could change
time to time based on the direction of the board & the need of the time.
20. Use of Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets inside the
campus are strictly prohibited. If the student breaks this rule
his/her mobile will be confiscated.
