Step 1.
To add your partners or your own facilities,
the first step is to search for their profile in case it
already exists. Click on '+ Add' and insert the
name of the company in the search bar.
Step 2.

Scenario 1: You found the company! Now, you


can just click on 'Connect' , select your
relationship type between Supplier or
Client, and they will be added to your network.

Scenario 2: You couldn't find the exact company


and need to create a new one. Scroll down and
click on 'Couldn't find the company you're
looking for' to create a new profile.

Navigate your supply chain with the
order tracing feature. It enables you to Tracing map
trace your products and explore your
supply chain up to the raw material Once the order's supply chain is built up, the

Pre-requisites to Order Tracing

It is important to note that, there are certain pre-requisites to


the order tracing feature:

1. You are connected with the company to that you would link the
order with.

2. Your product is added under 'Products' or 'Components',


depending on your product type before initiating tracing.

3. If applicable, you have selected the preferred tracing template.

A preferred template can be chosen by clicking on the


'Preferences' button on the right corner of the window and
choosing the optimal option.

You may have to define the products you
want to trace before diving into order
tracing.

Step 1. Create your products.

1. Go to Products in the navigation bar


and click on the + symbol to create the
products your company produces.
2. Input the product name, level, and
type, then click +Create product.
3. To upload products in bulk, check out
our Product Import Wizard Guide .

Step 2.
Receive your sales order.

1. You will receive an email


notification once your client
sends you a sales order.
2. Go to Order Tracing in the
navigation bar to see the
received Sales Order(s).
3. Check the order information and
start to build up the tracing
map with the next steps.
Step 3.1 Place POs via the tracing map.

1. Click on Sales order Tab, and then click


on 'View' of your received sales order.
Click on the Tracing tab to find the
tracing map.
2. Click on the + button on the centre of the
company node.
3. Click on ‘Add Order’ or 'Add Internal
Order' and enter the order details.

Tip: By clicking on the connection link


between two companies, you can add
additional documents at any time.
Or...you can also place it through the PO tab

Step 3.1 (Alternative)


Place your purchase order on PO Tab.

These are the orders you make to your


suppliers, to fulfill your sales order supply
chain.
1. Select the Purchase orders tab next to
Sales orders and click on +Add New.
2. Fill in the information for your supplier,
the seller, by clicking on the drop down
below Select supplier.
3. If your supplier is not listed in the drop
down, click on +Create/link company to
search the existing profiles or create a
new one.
Step 3.2 Fill in the order form and place
your purchase order.

1. Add the order details, select from


the products you created in the first
step, and input the quantities of
each.
2. Click on Continue and upload at
least one document. More can
always be added later on.
3. Hit Save to place your purchase
order.
Step 3.3 (if applicable)

1. Click on 'Add Internal Order'.
2. Select the facility process details.
3. Add order details.
4. Add relevant documentation

Step 4. Bulk Upload Purchase Orders

Pre-requisite: You need to have products in


your profile. Please follow Step 1 to add
products to the order.

1. Click on the ‘Import Data’ icon.


2. Download the Excel template, fill in the
information, and upload the file in the
import wizard.
3. Review it by matching the details and
bulk uploading the purchase orders.
Step 5. (if POs are created
through the Purchase Order tab
or Bulk Import) Link PO to SO

1. Scroll to the second last column


on the right and click on the
Link SO or Link PO button.
2. Connect your sales order to one
or more purchase orders.
Step 6. Attachments tab

The 'Attachments' tab acts as a


depository for all the documentation
related to that particular Purchase
Order.

You can upload/download the


documents and gain an overview of
all the documentation completion
percentage.
Who can see my information?

Only your client of this order can see the


full supply chain generated by you.

Tip:
✅ The check symbol on the company
link indicates that all mandatory
documents for this order have been
uploaded.

⚠️ If a yellow sign displays instead,


please make sure to upload the required
documentation.

Where to find assessments?

Assessments You can find the ‘Assessments’ tab in the navigation bar
on the left side under the 'Vendor Compliance' folder.
Your clients may have specific requests
or questions for you. They have the
opportunity to send an assessment
through the platform, that you will get
notified about. The information
uploaded there will then also update
on your profile, so we always suggest
starting with these.
To complete your assessments
1. Click on either the assessment
name or the button next to the
progress bar to view and answer
the questions.

2. Complete your answers and if you


don't have an answer or the
question doesn't apply, please
select 'Not available' instead of
leaving the question blank.

3. When all questions are complete,


click on 'Final submission' at the
bottom.
How can I collaborate with my
suppliers?

1. When you place an order to your


supplier will get notified. Ensure that
your supplier has been invited as a
user, and they will receive the order
information via an email notification.
2. Share this step-by-step manual with
them and get them onboarded to
collaborate with you using retraced
