Arrival of the Dignitaries:

We would like to acknowledge the arrival and presence of our distinguished principal, Ma’am Erlinda
Mingo-Romarate. Good afternoon, Ma’am and welcome to the program.

We would also like to acknowledge the presence of our esteemed head teachers / dignified master
teacher / respectable department heads in the person/s of ______________________________. Good afternoon,
teacher/s and thank you for gracing the occasion.

Reminders:
Good afternoon. We would like to remind everyone that in a few minutes, we will formally start our
program. Requesting everyone to please gather yourselves in the entrance area and let us assemble ourselves
accordingly. This is for our in line with our grand entrance. Please be guided with the instructions. Thank you.

This will be the order of our grand entrance. There will be four respective tables and each strand or track
has a designated area.

Please be guided with your sequence and your table area. We remind everyone, especially the students
to walk with grace and confidence because our grand entrance is our initial basis for the different categories that
will be contested later on. Anyone can be picked, so be confident and classy as you conquer the spotlight.

Grand Entrance:

For an institution to stand tall and deliver quality services, the people within the portals should work
hand in hand and collaborate with one another. Through this synergy, an avenue of familiarity and mutual
understanding can likely be realized. Getting to know each individual is the rationale why we celebrate today’s
much-anticipated activity, our Acquaintance Party 2019. To kick off this colorful celebration, we will now have
the grand entrance of our students, teachers and administrators. Taking the frontline are our dear students led by
the creative Arts and Design!

Following them are our TVL - Information and Communications Technology students.

Program Proper:

More than any other time in history, it is said that no one is an island. Cliché as it may sound but this
deems true to all of us. In a teaching institution, the workforce of the teachers and the maximum cooperation of
the students coupled with the collective support of the administrators and stakeholders are aimed towards a
common goal – a goal to be of merit when it comes to delivery and outcome. With this, it is imperative that the
people within the school community must be abreast with one another as to foster progress and heighten
productivity.
Today marks a marvelous moment of our lives as we give leeway for us to meet new faces and get to
know one another through this meaningful gathering. Welcome to this year’s Aurora National High School –
Senior High School K-Pop inspired Acquaintance Party that bears the theme: “Leveraging the Past and
Modernizing the Future.”
This year’s theme intercepts that the past and the future are complementary. Let this ring a reminder that
as we look back experiences with joy and wonderful lessons, we see the bigger picture of what’s ahead of us.
Aurora National High School has remained strong and steadfast amidst the test of time and circumstances and it
will continue to stand over the years to come. The nobility to teach minds, inculcate values and develop
potentials has always been its commitment since then up until this moment in time.
To officially start with, may we request everyone to please stand for the singing of our Philippine
national anthem to be followed by the musical invocation via multimedia.

Please be seated. To set the mood and atmosphere for today’s occasion, may we have on stage our
equally dedicated and competent Senior High School Coordinator, Engr. Philip Desidore Banaag for his
welcome message. A round of applause, please.

Before we will proceed to the next part of the program, of course, we will be recognizing our dear
students coming the different strands and tracks. Okay, so when your strand is called, please make a noise or
perhaps a yell to be recognized. Are you ready? Let’s get going! Where are our TVL – SMAW Masonry
students? How about our ABM students? Next on the list is our TVL – HE students! Now, that’s power! How
about our TVL – EIM students? Make us proud our TVL – ICT students! Make some noise, STEM students! Of
course, how can we forget our TVL – SMAW students! We will be hearing the ABM students! Nothing can
stop the HUMSS students! And definitely the last but not the least Arts and Design students!

Thank you to our very enthusiastic and amazing students!

At this juncture, ladies and gentlemen, we have come to the essence where all of you, students will be
acquainted with the different mentors and staff working in the institution and this will be done by no other than
our very active and motherly school principal, Mrs. Erlinda Mingo-Romarate for the presentation of head
teachers, master teacher, coordinators, staff, Senior High School and Junior High School teachers. A hand
please.

Now, at this very moment, may we have again on stage our dearest school principal, Mrs. Erlinda
Mingo-Romarate for her message. A round of applause, please.
That was our school principal herself, Mrs. Erlinda Romarate. Thank you for those wonderful words. At
this moment, we will move on to the presentation of the different strands.

At this point, may we request everyone to please stand for the collective singing as a sign of our
acquaintanceship, symphony and camaraderie.
Thank you. You may now take your respective seats. As we went along with our program, there were
designated persons who evaluated our dear students for the different categories that will be contested. Beauty,
elegance and sophistication are replete with our lucky students. With that, may we request those students who
have been pinned with numbers to be here in front because you will be vying for the following titles:

Mr. and Ms. Face of the Night

Mr. and Ms. Glamour
Mr. and Ms. Acquaintance 2019
Mr. and Ms. Head Turner

Now, we have come to the much-coveted part of the program which is the proclamation of our winners
for the different categories that we have vied upon. With that, may we call on the Chairman of the Board of
Judges, _______________________________________ for doing the honor. A hand please.

Congratulations to all our winners! You deserve the prestige and honor for this year’s Acquaintance
Party! With that concludes the first part of our program. We will now have our dinner and to bless the food and
say grace, may we request one of our distinguished head teachers in the person of Mrs. Imelda Semense.
Requesting everyone to rise for the blessing of the food.
