Financial Services & Consulting Internship Experience UK

After three stand-out years that saw thousands of students and recent graduates
upskilled by the world’s top employers, we’ve created a brand-new IEUK for 2023
to help you get the experience you need to launch your graduate career.

I’m thrilled that you’ve decided to join us for this year’s experience.

Did you know that 20% of young people leave university without the experience
they feel they need to enter the world of work? This is your opportunity to get
the skills you need to go into your chosen sector and gain insights into what
it’s like to work in the sector you’re considering.

We hope this On Demand internship experience will provide you with the
knowledge, skills and confidence to launch your career in the financial services &
consulting sector.

 How On Demand works
Internship Experience UK
The On Demand experience is designed to give you the same content and knowledge
as the live experiences. You’ll be able to watch all of the sessions, complete the work
sample and boost your employability. Here’s how it works:

Watch the welcome session, sixteen core sessions and six sector specialist sessions
Step 1 (see the agenda on page 4).

Read the work sample setup and then watch the work sample set up video which will give you
Step 2 all the instructions (ignore the date mentioned in the video – it was from our live experience).

Submit your work sample by Friday, 21st July at 4pm (BST). This is a hard deadline, so we
Step 3 recommend getting in your work sample as soon as possible. A link to submit your work sample will
be sent to your email on the 21st of July.

As soon as you submit your work, you’ll automatically be sent a new video which will give you
Step 4 feedback on the task and a scoring matrix. You’ll also receive a self-reflection worksheet,
which you need to complete and submit by Tuesday, 26th July 4pm (BST).

Your certificate will be sent to you shortly after steps 3 and 4 are complete.
Step 5 Note – all certificates will be sent during the week commencing 27th July.

3. Submission

Submit your work by Friday, 21st July at 4pm (BST)

An email will be sent to you by 21st July with the link to
submit your work sample. Submissions can either be a
Google Doc, WeTransfer or Dropbox link.
