Topic 1: Are you addicted to your cell-phone, smartphone or tablet?

Why/Why not? Write a short paragraph describing your technology habits

These days, everyone has a smartphone, a laptop, or a table. It is undeniable that
these kinds of smart devices provide us with huge benefits. Although many people
claim that using these electrical devices may lead to addiction, I believe that I am
using them smartly and properly. Normally, I spend approximately 8 hours per day
on my smartphone and my laptop serving my educational and entertaining
purposes. Specifically, I use my smart devices to look for some useful information
that is necessary for my study. For example, via TikTok platform, I can get some
wonderful tips to improve my office skills. Moreover, after long and exhausting
hours of working and studying, I always feel a sense of relaxation by watching my
favorite movies on my laptop. In conclusion, I believe that I am using my smart
devices appropriately as useful tools for my study and recreation.
Topic 2: Write a short paragraph about differences between your life now and
your parents' lives when they we're your age.
There are many differences between my life now and my parents' lives when
they were my age. Firtsly, my parents usually take the bus to get to work, whereas
I am used to driving my motorbike. Secondly, they also used to spend a lot more
time outdoors, playing sports with friends, while I usually spend my free time
indoors, watching TV or using the computer. Thirdly, my parents used to rely on
landline phones and paper maps, while I am used to using my smartphone for
everything from calling and texting and social media. Lastly, they also used to
write letters by hand, whereas I usually send emails or instant messages. However,
I appreciate experiences and challenges from their youth, despite the benefits of
technology in my generation.
Topic 3: Write a short paragraph about a person who is important to you.
My mother is the one who is very crucial and meaningful to my life. She is not
only my mom but also my companion in every good time and bad time in my life.
My mother has been my role model since I was a kid because of her characteristic
and the way she teaches me. She is a considerate and warm woman who always
takes care of my emotions, especially on some of my special occasions like my
first time going to school, the first time I love, and when I graduate from high
school. My mother plays an important role in shaping my characteristic to be a
good person. Honestly, I would never forget every valuable lesson she taught me.
Topic 4: Think about one thing you are definitely going to do next year and
one thing you might do. Write a short paragraph about each of these things.
Next year, I am excited to travel to Japan and experience its rich culture and
stunning landscapes. I have saved up for this trip and plan to visit Tokyo, Kyoto,
and Osaka, exploring famous landmarks such as the Tokyo Tower, Fushimi Inari
Shrine, and Osaka Castle. Additionally, I look forward to trying traditional
Japanese cuisine like sushi, ramen, and tempura. On the other hand, I might learn a
new language next year. I haven't decided which language yet, but I'm considering
Spanish or French. Learning a new language will be a fun challenge and open up
new opportunities for travel, work, and communication. I plan to enroll in a
language course and practice regularly to achieve fluency. Overall, both traveling
to Japan and learning a new language will broaden my horizons and enhance my
personal growth.
Topic 5: Write a short paragraph about some advantages and disadvantages
of living in the city/country.
Living in the city has both advantages and disadvantages. One of the
advantages is the convenience and accessibility of amenities such as public
transportation, healthcare facilities, and entertainment options. Cities are often
bustling with diverse cultures, people, and experiences, which can be stimulating
and exciting. However, living in the city can also be expensive due to the high cost
of living, and the noise and pollution levels can be overwhelming. On the other
hand, living in the countryside offers a peaceful and quiet lifestyle, with fresh air
and natural surroundings. It can be an ideal place for those seeking a simpler,
slower pace of life. However, living in the country can also have limitations, such
as limited access to services, longer commutes, and fewer job opportunities.
Overall, both city and country living have their advantages and disadvantages, and
it's up to personal preferences and lifestyle needs to decide which is best.

most worth-living cities in Viet Nam.

big city means having access to a wider range of services and amenities, such as
hospitals, schools, and shopping centers. Overall, the benefits of living in a big city
make it an attractive option for many people.
Topic 12: Do you want to live in the city or the countryside
I want to live in the countryside for several reasons. Firstly, it's peaceful and quiet,
which is a nice change from the busy and noisy city life. I can relax and enjoy the
serenity after a long day at work. Secondly, the air is fresh and clean, which is
good for my health. I can breathe in the fresh air and enjoy outdoor activities
without worrying about pollution. Thirdly, living in the countryside is generally
cheaper than living in the city. This means I can save money and spend it on my

Having good neighbors is essential for a comfortable living experience.
Fortunately, I am blessed to have great neighbors who are friendly, helpful, and
always willing to lend a hand when needed. We often exchange small talk and
have even organized block parties together, fostering a strong sense of community.
Their presence has made our neighborhood feel safer and more connected. On the
other hand, having bad neighbors can be a nightmare, as they can be noisy,
disruptive, and inconsiderate, making it difficult to relax and enjoy your own
home. Conflicts with neighbors can escalate quickly and lead to long-term
problems, making it vital to have good neighbors who respect and care for each
other. In conclusion, having good neighbors is crucial for creating a positive and
harmonious living environment.
