PART I – TURN-OVER PROGRAM
To the President of Philsaga Mining Corporation, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Atty.
Raul C. Villanueva, sir. Together with its member, Retired Brigadier General Alexander Dicang and other
members in attendance, ma’ams, sirs. The Resident Manager of Philsaga Mining Corporation, Engineer
Ferdinand A. Cortes, sir.

To our very own school president Retired Colonel Arthur G. Afdal, sir. To our very systematic school
administrator, Madame Jovieliza S. Capangpangan, ma’am. To our very active school principal, Ma’am
Mary Christ Aton-Dequia, ma’am. To the members of the PHSFI working force, faculty and staff, parents
and students. Ladies and Gentlemen, Good Morning.

We are all enthusiastically gathered here this morning to witness the Turn-Over Ceremony of Senior
High School Workshop Building and Senior High School Workshop Tools and Equipment to Philsaga
High School Foundation, Incorporated.

 PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM


To start, everybody is requested to rise for an Invocation to be led by one of the PHSFI teachers, Ms
Nelly Young M. Besing. This will be followed by the singing of the National Anthem, Mr. Julymar G.
Angcog, conducting.

 WELCOME ADDRESS
Please take your seats.

A welcome address will be enunciated to us by our very dynamic and beautiful School Principal,
Ma’am Mary Christ Aton-Dequia .

 PRESENTATION OF PROJECT AND INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE


Thank you Ma’am for your warm words of welcome.

Maya Angelou once said, “When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.”

This is indeed true for today’s event is indeed remarkable because we have someone here who really
finds time to be with us despite his tight schedule. We are so blessed to have him here. Ladies and Gentlemen,

Thank you, Sir for your message.

This project would truly open doors to a lot of our students who will be the direct recipients of the
blessings from Philsaga Mining Corporation. From theories into real application of learning.

At this juncture is the moment we have all been waiting, the giving of symbolic key and signing of
certificate of turn-over by Atty. Raul C. Villanueva, President Philsaga Mining Corporation to Retired Colonel
Arthur G. Afdal, President Philsaga High School Foundation, Incorporated. Witnessed by the Resident
Manager, Philsaga Mining Corporation Engr. Ferdinand A. Cortes with the BOT Members, Retired Brigadier
General Alexander Dicang, Mr. Armand Dy, and Ms. Julie Mae Tan.

 ACCEPTANCE MESSAGE
Next is the acceptance message of our dear PHSFI President, Retired Colonel Arthur G. Afdal.

At this moment, let us witness the cutting of ribbons to be done by the dignitaries.
This will be followed by the blessing of the Senior High School Workshop Building and Senior High
School Workshop Tools and Equipment to be given by Rev. Fr. Modesto E. Malandac, Parish Priest, Our Lady
of Holy Rosary Parish Rosario, Agusan del Sur with the Board of Trustees, Guest, Faculty and Staff.
