 双方本着公平合法、平等自愿、协商一致、诚实信用的原则和友好合作的精
神，自愿签订本合同并保证认真履行合同约定的各项义务：
一、根据国家有关规定，乙方自愿到昆明理工大学 生物学 科研流动
站做博士后研究工作，甲方同意招收乙方入站，由 医 学院对其进行管理。
二、乙方在昆明理工大学 生物学 科研流动站的工作期限一般为 2
年，即自 2023 年 12 月 01 日至 2025 年 11 月 30 日；亦可视情况适当缩短，
在站全职从事博士后研究累计满 12 个月的，经学校同意可以出站，乙方期满出
站后应及时办理有关离校手续。
三、甲方和乙方协商确定乙方在站期间的科研课题是: 云南省重金属污染区
农作物安全生产应用研发国家联合实验室 ，并按《科研工作计划》完成科研任
务，达到预期目标。
四、甲方安排 李海燕 教授为乙方合作导师。甲方及甲方部门博士后工作指
导小组、合作导师根据具体情况提供乙方在站期间的科研、办公条件和生活条件。
乙方使用博士后经费需按《昆明理工大学博士后经费管理办法》(试行)规定执行。
五、在站期间相关待遇：
1、甲方提供乙方每月税前人民币 5000 元的基本生活费，发放期限不超过 24
个月。
2、甲方提供乙方每月税前人民币 1000 元的住房补贴，发放期限不超过 24
个月。甲方对不居住在校园内的生活方式不承担任何义务和责任，甲方不承担除
了住房补贴以外的与住房有关的支持和债务。
3、甲方提供乙方一次性学术活动费 4 万元。
4、甲方对乙方在站期间取得的科研成果实行奖励（详见《昆明理工大学“一
带一路”博士后管理办法》）。
5、甲方参照在职职工为乙方办理医疗保险。
6、乙方承担其来甲方工作的国际旅费、签证费及交通费。

 7、乙方承担在合同期内的在华居留许可办理费用。
8、乙方承担其在云南出入境卫生检验检疫中心所做的体检费用。
六、乙方出站考核条件可视其研究情况适当放宽。甲方应组织有关同行专家
检查验收乙方的成果，并写出书面鉴定意见。
七、乙方出站时，如达到《昆明理工大学博士后考核办法》（试行）规定的
以下出站条件，可按照非在职博士后享受相关待遇，在其出站时补齐差额。
非在职博士后出站条件：乙方在站期间年均发表的期刊论文被 SCI 收录 1 篇
及以上，同时符合下列条件之一。
1、作为主要研究骨干，参与省部级及以上科研项目或重大横向科研项目 1
项。
2、获得省部级及以上科技奖励，一等奖的前 7 名、二等奖的前 5 名、三等
奖的前 3 名。
3、参编出版学术专著 1 部，或作为主要发明人取得国家授权发明专利 1 项。
八、乙方在站期间的科研成果，属知识产权范围的，其产权归甲方所有。乙
方在站期间的研究成果（包括学术论文、发明专利及科研项目等）均应以甲方为
第一署名单位、乙方个人排名第一。
九、乙方在甲方的研究涉及机密的，乙方必须履行保密义务。出站后，仍然
需要履行此义务。
十、乙方在站期间经甲方同意，可以做短期出国学术交流，时间不超过一个
月，逾期不归超过一个月的，甲方可单方面对乙方作退站处理。
十一、乙方在本合同有效期内，未经甲方同意，提出退站或擅自离站，即为
违约。乙方应退还甲方所发的所有工资、津补贴和经费等一切费用。
十二、乙方在站期间属短期在校的正式职工，应遵守甲方和全国博士后管委
会的有关规章制度并履行应尽的义务，若有违反，愿意接受按有关规定进行的处
理。

 十三、乙方经全国博士后管理委员会批准进站，同时获得工作许可证和居留
许可后，方可办理报到手续。乙方报到之日为甲方为乙方发放工资的起算时间，
具体发放程序按财务处相关规定执行。
十四、本合同以中英文双语签署，一式五份，甲方持有四份，乙方持有一份，
人事处、对外合作交流处、部门博士后工作指导小组、合作导师、博士后本人各
一份。

Both parties, in line with the principles of legality, fairness, equality, mutual agreement, honesty, and
trustworthiness, and in a spirit of friendly cooperation, have agreed to sign this agreement and
committed to observe all the terms stipulated hereinafter.

I. According to the relevant state regulations, Party B is willing to work as a post-doctoral researcher
in the postdoctoral program of Postdoctoral Research Mobile Station in Biology of KUST. Party
A shall agree to accept Party B to be a post-doctoral researcher, and the Faculty of Medicine is
responsible for the administration of Party B.

II. The term of this contract shall be for 2 years from 01/12/2023 to 30/11/2025 , while under
certain occasion Party B can leave KUST in advance. A full-time post-doctoral researcher, who has
worked at KUST for 12 months, can leave KUST if approved. Party B shall complete relevant
termination procedures in time.

III. Party B’s post-doctoral research subject will be Yunnan International Joint Laboratory of
Research and Development of Crop Safety Production on Heavy Metal Pollution Areas by the
mutual agreement. Party B shall accomplish the research according to the Research Work Plan to
achieve the expected goal.

IV. Party A shall arrange Professor Haiyan Li to supervise Party B. Party A, Postdoctoral
Research Mobile Station in Biology and Professor Haiyan Li shall provide Party B with necessary
research facilities and work conditions during the whole research period. Party B shall use the
Post-Doctoral Fund in obedience to The Tentative Regulations of Post-Doctoral Fund of Kunming
University of Science and Technology.

V. Remuneration and Obligations of Party B.

1. Party A shall pay Party B with the basic living expenses of 5000 RMB (before tax), and the
payment period shall not exceed 24 months.

2. Party A shall offer Party B a monthly housing allowance of 1000 RMB (before tax). Party A shall
assume no responsibility or liability for Party B’s off-campus living. No further residential support
and/or liability (beyond the housing allowance) shall be assumed or provided by Party A.

3. Party A shall provide Party B with a one-time payment of 40000 RMB as the fund for academic
activities.

4. Party B shall be rewarded for the research achievements he/she obtained at KUST. (see details in
Regulations for the Belt and Road Post-doctoral Researchers).

5. Party A shall be responsible for paying Party B basic medical insurance.

7. Party B shall bear the expenses for the residence permit in China within the term of the contract.

8. Party B shall bear the expenses for the health examination in Yunnan Centre for Entry-Exit
Inspection and Quarantine if required after arrival in China.

VI. Based on the research achievements of Party B, the criteria for Party B’s completion of the post
doctoral program could be adjusted to a reasonable level. Party A shall arrange relevant experts to
evaluate and confirm the research achievements of Party B, and a written evaluation document is
required.

VII. If Party B can meet the following requirements stipulated by the Postdoctoral Researcher
Assessment of Kunming University of Science and Technology, Party A will make up the difference
according to the benefits of part-time postdoctoral researcher.

A part-time post-doctoral researcher can be considered to have completed the post doctoral program
under the circumstance that he/she should publish at least one journal article which is indexed by SCI
every year, meanwhile he/she should meet one of the following requirements:

(1) Participating in one research project that identified as the provincial/ministerial level or national
level, or one key research project supported by enterprise, both as the main researcher.

(2) Achieving the scientific and technological awards of provincial/ministerial level, and officially

ranked in the research group as：top 7 of the first prize, top 5 of the second prize, or top 3 of the

third prize.

(3) Publishing one academic book as a co-author, or obtaining one national level invention patent as
the main inventor.

VIII. The Intellectual Property Right (IPR) obtained through the research of Party B in the
post-doctoral program belongs to Party A. In all the research achievements obtained by Party B in
the post-doctoral program (including but not limited to academic papers, patents, research projects),
Party A must be indicated as the first affiliated institution, and Party B as the first individual.

IX. Party B shall fulfill the obligation of confidentiality if Party B's research is involved in
confidentiality during his/her stay in and after his/her departure from KUST.

X. Party B can leave China for a short-term academic visit for less than one month during the

post-doctoral program term, with Party A’s approval. If Party B does not return to KUST on time by
one month, Party A has the right to terminate the post-doctoral program of Party B.

XI. If Party B leaves KUST without Party A’s approval during the post doctoral term, it will be
regarded as a violation of the contract, and Party B must reimburse all the salary, allowance and
other expenses paid by Party A to Party B.

XII. Party B shall, during the post-doctoral program, observe and follow all the regulations of Party
A stipulated for the full-time employees and stipulated in the National Postdoctoral Administration
Committee, and fulfill his/her obligations. Any violation to the regulations will result in the penalty
accordingly.

XIII. Only after obtaining the approval from the National Postdoctoral Administration and the work
permit and resident permit could Party B register at KUST. The date of Party B's registration shall be
the starting time for Party A to pay Party B's salary, and the specific payment procedure shall follow
the relevant regulations of KUST Finance Office.

XIV. This Contract shall be signed in an English and Chinese bilingual version in 5 originals with
Party A holding 4 copies and Party B holding 1 copy. KUST Personnel Division, Division of
International Cooperation, the Faculty of Medicine , the Cooperation Supervisor and the
postdoctoral researcher keep 1 copy respectively.
