LEARNER’S REFLECTION
Significant learning:
He is a great guide, friend, teacher like a father, and he loved to make everyone smile in his class. As a
student I expect my teachers to be an expert and knowledgeable on their teaching. However, this teacher is
really great he shares his knowledge and experience with us. The way he teaches I've learned a lot from him.
And his teaching is very big help to every student especially to me, I can learn easily and I understand
immediately and, in every discussion, he delivered it well. I do really like the way he acts and delivered those
lessons I easily understand it. He always taught his students, especially me, to have respect for fellow students,
especially when it comes to elders, parents, teachers, and everyone around.
TEACHER’S REFLECTION
I have seen a lot of improvement in the learner's ability to identify basic concept of one the major social
science over the last few days. The learner initially had trouble in remembering and understanding the
differences between institutionalism and feminism. I concentrated on offering a range of simple activity sheets
and worksheets that explicitly targeted the skill of recognizing the concept in order to address this. To engage
the learner and promote active involvement, these activities included a variety of formats, such as modified true
or false questions and Ven diagram.
As I reflect upon the gradual growth of my learner in learning institutionalism and feminism, I am filled
with a sense of hope and optimism for the future of him. Witnessing his eagerness to learn and increasing
prominence in learning the subject.
I used a variety of examples in our session to help the learner become better at identifying the concept of
feminism and institutionalism I even provided an educational material. These materials were taken from TedEd,
Into Social Science and Philosophy Note a reliable YouTube channel. The learner developed a stronger
knowledge about the topic.
Today, as I reflect on my learner's growth in understanding feminism, I am filled with immense pride
and satisfaction. Witnessing their transformation and evolving perspective has been an incredibly rewarding
experience.
When we or he first started exploring feminism, my learner had limited exposure to the concept and its
implications. However, throughout our discussions, readings, and activities, I observed their curiosity and
genuine engagement in learning more about this important ideology.
Over time, I noticed a shift in their thinking. They started to question the prevailing gender norms and
stereotypes that they had once taken for granted. Their critical analysis of societal structures and power
dynamics became more nuanced, as they began to recognize the pervasive nature of gender inequality in various
aspects of life.
What struck me the most was their growing empathy and understanding towards the experiences of
marginalized individuals. They began to grasp the concept of intersectionality and how different forms of
oppression intersect with gender. This newfound awareness led to an increased sensitivity towards the struggles
faced by women from different backgrounds, including those of different races, classes, and sexual orientations.
In conclusion, observing my learner's growth in learning feminism has been an incredible journey. Their
increasing awareness, empathy, and commitment to gender equality have demonstrated the transformative
power of education. It is a reminder of the importance of engaging students in critical discussions that challenge
societal norms and empower them to become agents of change
