    Coverage: Text Chapters 1-11 (Chs. 10 and 11 will be partially covered).

    Homework: Due on Wednesday following the week of lectures.


    Each problem graded 0-1-2 (based mainly on effort).
    Late homeworks are marked down by 25% per day.
    Homeworks will not be accepted after the Friday class.

    Exams: Date and time are subject to change.


    Exam #1: Friday February 8 during lecture time
    Exam #2: Friday March 28 during lecture time
    Final: Monday April 21, 1:30 – 3:30 pm
    All exams are open-book.
