MINUTES OF THE MEETING
‘Agenda: Presentation and Approval of School Tultion and Other Fees to the Parents/Guardians.
Date: April 1, 2023,
Place: Holy Spirit Academy of Laoag
Time Started: 8:00 am
Time Ended: 10:00 am
‘Attendees: School Administrators, Advisers, PTA Officers, Parents/Guardians
I. _ INTRODUCTION
The meeting was presided over by the Schoo! Principal, Mr. Leonard Joseph M. Ruiz, IZ
= Ms, Jomarie Butac, the Campus Ministry Director, led the meeting with an Opening Prayer.
= Following that, MF. Ruiz welcomed all attendees. The purpose of the meeting was then
announced.
MEETING OBJECTIVES/AGENDA
~ "To present the increased tuition and other fees of the different Grade levels and;
= To discuss the different terms and conditions that reflect the school culture together with
the Enrolment Agreement and Schedule of Payment of Fees.
III. MEETING HIGHLIGHTS
= Mrs, Lydia T. Talaga, the school treasurer, presented the current school year’s budget
summary and explain the need for an increase of Tuition and Other Fees by 8% for
Preparatory to Grade 6 and 10% for Junior High School and Senior High School.
= She then elaborated that the increasing utility bills, monthly expenses, and the 4-year no
salary increase of teachers engendered the need for an increase in tuition and other fees.
Mrs, Talaga presented the Tuition and Other Fees for school year 2023-2024 for the
perusal of the meeting attendees together with the enrolment agreement and schedule
‘of payment of Fees.
= Graduation Fees and Preparations for Kindergarten, Grade 6, Grade 10 and Grade 12 shall
be tackled on the next meeting date
= Parents agreed upon and had no questions with the presentation of new tuition and other
fees,
= After sufficient understanding, parents and parent officers came into a consensus.
= The proposal to raise the tution fee was supported by signing the parents’ consultation
form.
IV, CONCLUSION
‘The meeting came to an end with an acknowledgment vote and a prayer. The next meeting
will be announced as shortly as possible.

fees for Preparatory, Grade | to Grade 6 and ten (10%) percent increase of tuition and
other fees for Junior High School and Senior High School. ‘The meeting was held last
April 1, 2023.
‘Aware of the financial problem of the school, we, the parents, guardians and
teachers, agreed to the proposed tuition and other fees in the Preparatory, Grade | to
Grade 6, Junior High School and Senior High School of Holy Spirit Academy of Laoag.
