Hi! I’m Gimyles Regala, I’m 17 years old from macabebe, Pampanga.

Nursing, in my opinion, has the

flexibility to adapt to the changing healthcare patient needs. Individuality, beliefs, and values, as well as
life events, all impact the performance in the nursing practice. Nursing involves applying a variety of
nursing and non-nursing theories, national nurse practice laws, and the Code of Ethics for Nursing in
addition to recognizing them. Considering science, nursing theories, and conceptual frameworks all
seem to be products of research, I think nursing's particular body of knowledge is crucial because it
enables nurses to function as an evidence-based practice. Compassion can be incorporated within
clinical practice through instruction and learning. It is crucial to emphasize compassion can be used as a
motivating element in patient care not anticipating an obvious reward other than feeling that a person
will benefit or prevent damage. Since nursing is a good profession, I want to become a nurse. This is the
occupation that entails both great responsibility and limitless possibilities. A nurse is an individual who
improves the lives of so many others, comforts as well as supports those who are in need, and assists
people in achieving their health goals. I aspire to have the capacity to empathize with others and
understand their suffering. When a patient is hospitalized and is being discharged, nurses are frequently
the final individuals they see. The work which nurses conduct is essential for the wellbeing of both
patients and those connected to them.

Importance of theories in the nursing profession

It is important because the foundation of nursing practice is nursing theory. In actuality, theoretical
approaches have now come into existence. Each has been established using reliable data and scientific
facts to give a framework as well as different patient care tactics and approaches. However, these
theories cover a great deal more than broad concepts. Nursing theory aids in establishing that the field
self - induced self out a special identity for itself in the dynamic and complicated environment of
healthcare providers. Also, It has the potential said to direct this same approach we take about nursing.
Clinical supervision aids nurses in grasping their patient and their problems and helps to set nursing
apart from medicine et related fields. The hypothesis offers various templates to assist nurses in giving
care which it respects individuals and enhances results. These ideas seek to clarify the complex,
interrelations that nurses have with their field by recognizing at connection of caring, individuals,
healthcare, and the environment.
