commands; Clipboard, Font, Paragraph, Styles and Editing. It helps you change document
settings like font size, adding bullets, adjusting styles and many other common features.

1.2.1 CLIPBOARD

for writing. A temporary storage area where material cut or copied from a file is kept
for passing into another file.

memory, described by a single entry in the page table. It is the smallest unit of data for
memory management in a virtual memory operating system.

1.3.2 TABLE
A table in computer programming is a data structure used to organize information, just as
it is on paper. There are many different types of computer-related tables that work in a
number of different ways. Which type of table is used depends on the type of data being
compiled and what type of analysis is needed.

1.3.3 ILLUSTRATION
Digital illustration or computer illustration is the use of digital tools to produce images
under the direct manipulation of the artist, usually through a pointing device such as a
graphics tablet or, less commonly, a mouse.

unique human readable form. Symbols can be used as identifiers. In some programming

languages, they are called atoms.

Design is the structure in which components relate to each other. The designer deals with
a particular level of system at a time and there are different types of issues at different
levels. At each level, the designer is concerned with the structure and function.

1.4.1 COLORS
Computers typically display color in three components - red, green, and blue. When
combined, these three colors make the full-color image seen in the upper left of this
image. By controlling color display, we can simulate on the computer different kinds of
color blindness.

1.4.2 FONTS
A font is the way the typeface is presented, taking into consideration the size and style. A

1.6 REFERENCES
In computer programming, a reference is a value that enables a program to indirectly
access a particular data, such as a variable's value or a record, in the computer's memory
or in some other storage device. The reference is said to refer to the datum, and accessing

the datum is called dereferencing the reference.

1.6.1 TABLE OF CONTENTS

information in the document is usually organized hierarchically, and is intended to be
