Meralco cares for your personal data and takes your privacy seriously.

We collect and use your personal data to:

1. Determine your eligibility for the Lifeline Rate, based on the updated Guidelines provided under Republic Act No. 11552;
2. Process your application for Lifeline Rate; and
3. Send you updates regarding your application.

We protect your personal data from any unauthorized or unlawful access and disclosure with appropriate security measures. We will not share it with any
third-party unless we have written authority from you to do so or is otherwise required by law. We will retain it for one (1) year or until they are no longer
required for the implementation of the updated guidelines.

3. Maka receive ka ng updates tungkol sa inyong application.

Pinoprotektahan namin ang iyong personal data mula sa anumang hindi awtorisado o labag sa batas na pag-acess at pagsisiwalat sa pamamagitan ng naangkop
na mga hakbang seguridad. Hindi namin ito ibabahagi sa anumang third-party maliban kung mayroon kaming awtoridad mula sa inyo na gawin ito, o kung
kinakailangan ito sa batas. Ito ay aming itatago sa loob ng isang (1) taon o hanggang sa hindi na ito kailangan para sa implementasyon ng updated guidelines.
