Corsa D BCM Programming
Corsa D BCM Programming
A – Opcom/Vauxcom can program a USED BCM providing the donor BCM has
been reset before removal from the donor car.
A – Yes.
A – If you do not have your passcode then you must apply for it from Vauxhall.
You will need your V5 in your name and 2 forms of ID. There is a cost for this
service which is normally around £35.
Q – What can I do if the donor BCM has not been reset and I don’t have the
passcode?
A – If it is just an BCM by itself then you cannot use this unless you can have
the code pulled from the BCM EEPROM. (opcom does not support this).
Q – Can I still use the donor BCM if it has not been reset but has the passcode
with it?
A – Yes. You can fit it to your car and reset using the donor code
WARNING – Before resetting the BCM you must check that you can access
the SDM and IPC(instrument) and each system will accept your passcode. If
any of the systems do not accept the passcode DO NOT reset the BCM and
see further advice.
