I. In a few minutes we will start the program.

II. To the innovative and brilliant workforce of Bayugan City Division


spearheaded by our Schools Division Superentindent Ma’am Ma.Teresa Real
together with our ASDS Mam Antonieta O. Narra and our CID&SGOD
Chiefs Ma’am Imee Vicariato and Sir Wilson Calvo to our Division ESP
Supervisor Dr. Corazon F. Adrales, and to our deeply motivated techers, an
exquisite morning everyone. Welcome to the second day of our DIVISION-
LED CAPACITY BUILDING FOR ESP TEACHERS. I hope everything is
fine and good my fellow teachers. Yesterday we had successfully finished the
Day 1 of our Training. And we all know that every beginning necessitates to
an end, and that every ending is a prelude to something greater. With that
being said, let us listen to a Learning Insight and recap of yesterdays event to
be shared to us by ________________
III. Thank you so much Cher ____. Now at this point let us be ready for our
workshop.
IV. To replenish all glucose that has been lost for this morning’s session, let us
indulge ourselves with a hearty meal for lunch to bring back our vigor for our
afternoon session at 1pm. Bon a petit everyone! Keep safe and be back at
1PM.
V. Exquisite afternoon, everyone and Mabuhay! I am hopeful that you had your
fill of a sumptuous lunch, indulged yourselves in a quick chat with your
workmates and pampered yourselves for our afternoon session. Let us now
proceed to the second part of our program which will be the Key points for
successful implementation and will come from the different offices of the
High School Department. Let us start with Guidance Services Office. We
welcome in front Sir Leander Agcaoili, Guidance Facilitator.
VI. Thank you very much Cher Leander. A round of applause please. At this
point may we hear from office of the Student Activities. Let us welcome Cher
Joan-Joy T. Urma our Student Activities Coordinator.
VII. Thank you so much Cher Joan-Joy. Let us give her a round of applause. Let
us now hear from the Office of the Life Coach. Let us welcome in front Cher
Vennil Aldrin Catanis, Life Coach. A round of applause please.
VIII. Thank you so much Cher Vennil. Now let us hear from the Academic
Coordinator of ISAP-Tuguegarao City Campus, Teacher Jeric T. Cepeda. Let
us give him a round of applause please.
IX. Thank you so much Cher. Now at this juncture let us also hear from our very
own Administrative Coordinator, Cher Marjorie U. Marcelo.
X. Thank you so much Cher. Allow us to extend our gratitude to the different
offices of the high school department for sharing to us the different key points
for successful implementation. I do hope that all of the knowledge shared to
us by our resource speakers from the first day until today in this training will
be successfully implemented and will come into fruition. At this juncture may
we hear the testimonies of Teacher Shaira Iggat, PE teacher and Teacher
Miah W. Baluyan, Science Teacher. Let us give them a round of applause.
XI. Thank you so much Teacher Shaira and Teacher Miah for sharing to us these
very inspiring stories of yours. Truly everyone of us has their own tales to
share.
XII. Now for our closing remarks, may I call on our dynamic, energetic and
hardworking principal, Cher Erickson Mallari. A big round of applause
please.
XIII. Thank you Cher Ericson for these insightful message.

XIV. As we come to an end of our program, may we call on Teacher Baby Erin L.
Pagalilauan, a TLE to lead us the closing prayer.

XV. Thank you so much fellow teacher for your presence and participation in this
year’s INSET. I hope that the end of this training will equip us even more as
we welcome our students next week for their second semester of this school
