Perk Mobile App

Perk Mobile Application provides following features

➢ Check In/Out
➢ Apply Leave
➢ View Payslip
➢ Approvals
➢ My Requests
➢ Reimbursement
➢ Attendance Logs
➢ Create Requests

● After installing the mobile application, enable the location in your mobile
Logging into the application

● After installing the mobile app, on opening it for the first time, the login screen is
displayed

● To log into the application, enter the username and password and click ‘LOGIN’ button.
Alternatively you can also login via Google and O365.
Once the user successfully logs into the perk mobile application, the dashboard is displayed as
seen below.

Employee can view the dashboard, log the daily attendance, apply for leave and approve any
leave request.
Attendance

On clicking ‘ATTENDANCE’, the front camera opens and displays the employee’s front camera
view.
Also ‘IN’ and ‘OUT’ buttons are present to check the attendance ‘IN’ and ‘OUT’

● To check IN, click on the ‘IN’ button.

● Click on the ‘CONFIRM’ button.
● Check In date and Check In Time are displayed as seen below

● Similarly to check OUT, click on ‘OUT’ button


● Click on the ‘CONFIRM’ button.

● Check Out date and Check Out Time will be displayed in the attendance logs.
Apply Leave

● To apply a leave, click on ‘APPLY LEAVE’


● Select the leave from the drop down.

● Select the Start and End date of the leave

● Click the ‘APPLY’ button.

● (If the leave is for one day ex:14 May 2018, then select Start date as ‘14 May 2018’ ‘1st Half’
and select End Date as ‘14 May 2018’ ‘2nd Half’)
Payslip

To view the payslip, click on the Payslip icon. We can set the payslip pin from settings. Everytime
user tries to open the payslip, he will be asked to enter the payslip.

● Select the particular month from ‘Period’ drop down to view the specific period. Users can
also download the payslip.
My Approvals

Reporting Manager can approve or reject the approvals regarding Leave, Attendance,
Reimbursement and Over Time.
● List of pending leave approvals are seen below. Swipe left to view pending approvals for
attendance, reimbursement and overtime.

● To approve a leave click icon for that particular leave.

● To reject a leave click icon for that particular leave.


● Swipe left to view pending attendance approvals.

● To approve a leave click icon for that particular Attendance request.

● To reject a leave click icon for that particular Attendance request.


● Swipe left to view pending reimbursement approvals.

● To approve a leave click icon for that particular Reimbursement request.

● To reject a leave click icon for that particular Reimbursement request.


● Swipe left to view pending Over Time approvals

● To approve a leave click icon for that particular Over Time request.

● To reject a leave click icon for that particular Over Time request.
My Requests

From this screen, the employee can view all the requests which he/she has raised from this
screen.

The status of each of this request is also displayed as seen below


Reimbursements

The employee can raise the reimbursement request from here.

● Employee has to select the ‘Reimbursement Type’, ‘Expense Date’ and enter the ‘Amount’
related to the expense.

● Enter remarks if any.

● Any attachments related to the reimbursement can be attached by clicking ‘Add


Attachment’ link.
Clicking ‘Add Attachment’ will show the popup with the option of selecting the attachment as
seen below

After uploading/capturing the attachment, click on the ‘Apply’ button and confirm it so as to
submit the reimbursement request.
Attendance Logs

Attendance Logs screen shows the daily timing logs of the user.

● In/Out timings for each day along with the status for that particular day is displayed.

● Also the Total number of Present, Absent, WeekOffs, Holidays are displayed at the top
Create Requests

Employees can create Time Entry requests, Over Time requests and Time Off Requests from this
screen. After entering into this screen, each of the above requests can be accessed by swiping
the screen to the right and left.

On swiping the screen to the left, employees can access Over Time Request screen.

● Over Time Request


On swiping the screen to the left, employees can access the Time Off Request screen.
