The administrative process is an essential tool in world industries.
Every day the administration is updated and each one of us has to update ourselves
too.
For an organization, having the tool such as the administrative process is of the
utmost importance since its stages include planning, organization, direction, control.
The administration is one science very studied but very little used correctly.
Implying that if the administrative process tool is wrong, there may be bad decision
making and the company is doomed to fail due to the mismanagement of this
administrative tool. On the contrary, if there is good decision-making, good
management is used, the organization will remain stable and all the resources of the
organization can still be maximized using this administrative tool.
One of the great values of solidarity companies, especially of a cooperative nature, is
the ability to manage as a fundamental principle of their work and their function in an
Administrative process, well defined and most of the time it is carried out empirically
but in order to generate better conditions of well-being and quality of life.
For that, the stages of the administrative process are contemplated, which are
planning, that is, the basis of a strategy for an objective. organization, it is vital to
have an order of ideas to carry it out, management tells us how to carry it out and
heading towards the goal in the end. The control that serves to verify that there is an
order is centralized.

2. RESEARCH PROBLEM
The administrative process is a tool that is used in the business field.
However, it is often misused. That is why in this project we want to talk about its
importance and its correct application.

Research Problem:
How to correctly apply the administrative process?

3. JUSTIFICATION
The fundamental objective of this project is to contribute to the improvement of the
Administration. seeks to develop in the student the ability to fundamentally analyze
the concepts of management of business systems and productivity with the aim of
preparing the future master to make strategic decisions in solving operational
problems related to the capacity of processes, programming and control of
operations, quality management and productivity management.
For an organization, having the tool such as the administrative process is of the
utmost importance since its stages include planning, organization, direction, control,
because we have noticed that there are many administrators, and that each one
chooses how to apply the administration.
However, as we see in the problem, it is not always applied correctly. This means
that there are specific forms that are not respected or that are ignored.
Together, they all follow a cyclical process, so they will restart upon completion of
their last phase
The importance of the administrative process emphasizes that it is used by most
companies in the world, due to the universality of its terms and functions which are of
great importance within a company or organization due to its areas in order to
achieve objectives, goals and strategies of the company. It helps us to guide actions
towards compliance with them, assigning responsibilities and making better use of
opportunities.
It is necessary to understand and know how the administrative process, Planning,
Organization, Management and Control works within the administrative activities of a
company for the development of its functions, thus specifying and coordinating the
goals and objectives regardless of the company in question. Allocating resources,
helping to create work methods and disciplines. It is essential to know the objectives
and goals to ensure that the activities are carried out in the right and desired way,
thus having a clearer global vision of the company.

Administrative processes have to be coherent with each other, and these must be of
general knowledge, so that the work is planned, organized, coordinated and
controlled and the achievements can be evidenced in productivity.
At the time of applying the administrative and business management process, the
knowledge is deepened.

Theoretical framework
What's the administrative process?
It is a set of administrative functions that are performed sequentially. Its main
purpose is to help the company make better use of its resources and achieve its
objectives more efficiently.

The administrative process is the continuous and interrelated flow of planning,

organization, management and control activities, developed with the aim of taking
advantage of the resources available to the organization to make it effective.

At the end of the reading you will understand what it is, you will know its
characteristics and phases, you will discern its stages and what each one is about,
you will identify who and when the term originated, in addition, you will appreciate
the benefits that its correct application brings to an organization.

What stages does the administrative process have?

According to Agustin Reyes Ponce (1916-1988) the administrative process contains
6 stages that are divided into two phases.
In the mechanical phase there are three stages
1. forecast: determine what you want to achieve through an organization and
investigate and assess what will happen in the future to determine new paths.
2. planning: determine the correct path of action to follow, clearly setting the
objectives and strategies to achieve them. In this phase, some elements stand out,
such as the mission, vision, objectives and budgets.
3. organization: at this stage it is reflected how the work is divided, how authority and
responsibility are distributed. An indispensable tool at this stage is the organizational
chart.
In the dynamic phase we find the following stages:
1. integration: it means giving all the necessary resources to be more effective.
includes development, selection and induction.
2. direction: it means promoting and coordinating each of the areas of the company
so that they do their job well and comply with the established plans. Some important
concepts here are: authority, communication and supervision.
3. control: in this stage it is verified that everything is going according to the
established standards, to see if the objective was achieved, we have to correct
something or we have to develop new plans.

The planning phase is the first step in any administrative process. It is at this point
where the objectives and goals of the company are established. However, the means
by which it is intended to achieve such objectives must also be included here.
Without it you would not know where to go or have in mind where you want to go, it
also applies to everyday life, at school, work, daily life. Of the 4 faces, what is there,
that is the most important.

the administrative process and decision making

The most important responsibility of the manager is decision making. It is often said
that decisions are something like the engine of business and indeed the success of
any organization depends to a large extent on the adequate selection of alternatives.
The decision-making process is divided into three phases:
1. Investigate the situation: to make decisions it is necessary, first of all, to identify
the causes that produced the problem, based on questions such as: what could have
caused the problem?, in order to know the sources of the problem and define it
based on the organizational objectives. Once the problem is defined, the next thing
will be to decide what constitutes a good solution so as not to deviate from the
objectives of the decision so that it has a basis to propose and evaluate alternative
solutions.
2. Develop options: once the problem has been analyzed, it is necessary to find the
solution, but not within an alternative, but rather to prepare a set of alternatives. Thus
we avoid falling into extreme positions without covering the necessary amplitude.
3. Evaluate options and select the best: the alternative that is selected must
represent the best solution to the problem. The logical path for this should be to
establish the pros and cons of each alternative, advantages and disadvantages, and
compare them with each other.
Decision making in an organization invades four administrative functions that are:
planning, organization, direction and control.
conclusion

In the business field, the administrative process it’s an essential tool for the progres
of the organization. Everyday, the administration evolves and changes, thus
generating new study opportunities.
The opportunities that we have for correctly implementing the administrative process
range from having more profits to having more order in the organization.

We conclude that the most important part of the administrative process the
organization is important as well as all those already mentioned before. During the
administrative process, it is possible to control resources in an organized manner
and dispose of them efficiently. This process can be applied in any type of company
and each one of the members of the organization must know their role within the
process in general.

The importance of the administrative process lies in the fact that the effective
implementation of its functions allows the company to achieve the established
objectives using the available resources in an optimal way. In other words, it
constitutes the core of the work of those who are in charge of the organization at all
levels.

My conclusion of the administrative process is that knowing how the company

develops and knowing and having clear about its Mission, Vision, Values and among
others to make it clear what is approached and that it is better to have everything in
order without any problem since this way the company is clear about how to use
everything in its company as well as strategies, advice and among others.
