Business concept

Our product is created with a Filipino Unique taste in mind, with basic nutrients in potato and
appealing flavors suitable for both children and the elderly. Its color will entice Filipino as it has a
delight and freshness in flavor, as well as drinks suitable for potato food. The demographic profile
of our potential customers is irrelevant to our product. As our beverage product involves a variety
of flavor that is liked by all ages and genders. Not only it will satisfy the taste buds, please the
eyes, quench the thirst, and fill the stomach but we’re proud to say that its nutritional content will
be beneficial for the body. The goal of the enterprise is to satisfy the cravings and satiate the
hunger and thirst of our potential customers.

Business model

Our business is focused on food or more specifically street food. We present a variety of flavor for
our potato product which will come along with a refreshing beverage. Our enterprise is currently in
microstate financially. Our capital will be less than P2500. We are aware that the cost of product
will be varied due to different factors such as the cost of products. and our sales and profit will be
dependent to the demand of customers. As entrepreneurs we will make sure to make our product
as affordable as we can while still ensuring the quality.

B. The Business Goals: Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Performance

Targets

Vision

The vision of our business is to serve happiness to our customers through delicious, healthy, and
extraordinary experience while working toward the greater good for our business team,
community, and environment. While doing all of these are important, we would also serve our
valued customers by letting them give their own feedback to our products for us to improve and
develop our good customer service.

Mission

The Mission of our business is to delight and nourish our customers with healthy, quality, delicious
food with excellent service and a budget friendly with a reasonable price. Also, to know and
understand our customer's changing needs, wants, and constantly improve our customer service
and experiences. furthermore, to enhance our business member's excellence, continues
development, and happiness.
Objectives

Our business offers the Spiral Potato and Shake in a variety of flavors that we know will be
popular with students including myself. The components for this recipe are quite simple; all you
need are potatoes. We chose it because we believe it is unusual and will catch students' attention
because of the spiral. We are confident that our products will satisfy the needs of customers. We
also know it would be popular due to its good flavor, which students enjoy.

II. Executive Summary

Our business is a one-of-a-kind enterprise in the community, with a student-centric customer base
and an eye-catching delicious product that satisfies every consumer's street food appetites..

Our company identifies or seeks the taste of every millennial and generation X, and we offer a
fresh street food concept. We give you with the highest quality street food you've ever had, with a
different variety of flavors depending on consumer preferences. We are the first tornado potato
enterprise in the Monlimar Academy. Our company (gona patátas) aspires to be the best in the
Customer Centric Street Food Industry, providing quality fried potatoes and services to fellow
monlimarians and taguiguenios.

Our company's target market consists of people who have an updated and hyped taste, sense,
and admiration for people, such as Generation Xs and Millennials. With their unique taste in street
food minds, this enterprise will undoubtedly continue for generations. Offering an exact amount for
qualified products and services, winning public trust, and ensuring customer pleasure are our
company's main priorities against providing high-priced products of poor quality.

This business is quite fresh and new to the eyes of our fellow monlimar, with a share percentage
of at least 50, plus increasing employees productivity and product quality by 20 percent every 3
months, with the feedback and hard work in our business, plus promotion and specific market
targeting and position, then we can firmly say that we can dominate the other potato fried
enterprise, and provide our clients with further satisfaction not only in the monlimar academy but
taguig city.

Other that other people in public, Our primary customers are all of the high school students at
Monlimar Development Academy Inc., as well as our teachers. Our main target customer is all
senior high school students. We all know that seniors are extremely careful about spending their
money because some students have saved their money for something more important. However,
because of our product’s unique appearance, students, as well as Monlimar Academy teachers,
will enjoy this product of ours.

We will make sure that we serve a good quality and delicious food and beverages to our
beloved customers. We will make sure that customers will enjoy our products and services and
we'll make

sure they get the best value for the money they spent for us. Even if our prices increase, we will
continue to make sure that our customers receive safe, high-quality, and delicious food.

V. Market Justification Based on the Supply-Demand Situation, Customer Needs and Wants,
Industry Dynamics, and the Macro-Environmental Factors

- The entrepreneurs analyzed the costs and its offers of the products as well as the combo meals
and discounts.

- Potatoes are fat-free, gluten-free, plant-based, affordable, and a quality carbohydrate. They are
cholesterol-free and sodium-free that's why they're good for the customer's body.
- Tornado potatoes is created from south korea. Since most of our target customers are adapting
most of the things from South Korea, this is a big opportunity to catch their eyes, and with the help
of our well known members in MDA, they can endorse our products and can contribute a big help
in the profit or sales of our business.

- We are in a location that most of the people study and encounter stress, selling goods that is
healthy like our products will give them satisfaction and reduce their stress.

- Our target costumers usually buy unhealthy and junk foods, that's why we are gonna offer them
a new catchy product that is healthy and good for their body. Also, it is international food,
foreigners might try it.

- Tornado potatoes are good in any event, any season, and any time!

Street Food Industry

According to Statista Research Department, street stalls and kiosks accounted for 43 percent of
the total food service establishments in the Philippines, or equivalent to over 41.2 thousand units.

This shows that many people are interested in street foods and they are willing to spend money on
it. Today, governments and other organizations are increasingly concerned with both the
socioeconomic importance of street food, and with its associated risks. People loves to eat food
that is reasonable and budget friendly, that's why there is an increasing demand for street foods.

Our business's marketing strategy is to emphasize the quality and benefits of food that we provide.
Also, we make our products with love and care just like how their family makes their food. In our
marketing, we will be emphasizing the benefits and taste of our foods that we serve

Our business value proposition, like other items on the market, is simple to grasp. We
provide good products at cheap costs, which will appeal to individuals who like to taste our
unique spiral potato and shake with different flavors. Furthermore, this will appeal to people
who are not familiar with this type of food as not many people sell Spiral potatoes.

SALES STRATEGY

gonía patátas’ sales strategy is to set up a stand with its target market: the possible
customers are the people outside of the school, who are more likely to be a passer-by or
students and teachers in different places in that specific area. The key aspects that affect
earnings will be determined by the level of satisfaction that the target market gains and
spends.

The price range of our product depends on the ingredients we buy and other materials we
use for the product. Furthermore, the product's price will align, if not lower, with the
competitor's prices of the same product.

MARKETING STRATEGY

Within gonía patátas, we promote that the most crucial component of our marketing
strategy is to provide high-quality items at reasonable costs. The products should first be
disseminated, such as:

● To promote our products, we use social media platforms such as Facebook


and other media. It will encourage the business's target customers, and the word will
undoubtedly spread to others.

● Make a digital poster to upload online or print posters/flyers to place on every


corner in the area we chose to let people know where, when, and how they will go.
This information is required to encourage and maintain excellent communication with
consumers that are located far away from you.

● Word of mouth to friends, family, or acquaintances. Promoting products to a


person you know to help more engagement with other people, this will also be a way
for other potential customers to know the good feedback and recommendations.

ENTERPRISE DELIVERY SYSTEM

The delivery system of the products will be handled efficiently and with care to ensure the
quality of the raw materials and products the proponents will be selling. Furthermore, the
proponents will be distributing the required labor equally to their members to create an
equitable and efficient working environment and production.

● Food offers. Spiral Potato with 4 flavors which are BBQ, Cheese, Sour and
cream, and plain salt we also have options for sauces which are ketchup and hot
sauce

● Beverage offers. These include shakes with different flavors of cappuccino,


chocolate, cookies, and cream and we also add additional shakes which are Ice and
pearl.

IX. Environmental and Regulatory Compliance

Before our enterprise opens toward the public, and offers our products and services to the
customer, we have secured what are the necessary permits and clearances. We make sure that
we will follow our rules and regulations, and we will keep what we sell clean and where we sell, we
also make sure that we will deal well with our future customers. When we do sales outside of
school, we also make sure that we will do our best and be productive in what we do. The Republic
Act (RA) 9003, otherwise known as the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000, provides
the necessary policy framework, institutional mechanisms and mandate to the local government
units (LGUs) to achieve 25% waste reduction through establishing an integrated solid waste
management plans based on 3Rs (reduce, reuse and recycling). As a student, as an
Entrepreneur, our group will follow the policies of Act no. 9003 to keep our location clean, and we
will also keep what we sell clean. Of the usable items that we used that can be recycled, we will
recycle as much as we can.
